城市时空演变趋势下的棕地“变白”之路——以淄博市四宝山片区为例

【摘要】：随着城市产业结构退二进三、工业区从城区外迁,昔日的工业用地因污染严重而被逐渐废弃,城市失去了往日的生机与活力,这些所谓的"棕地"严重阻碍了当地社区、社会和经济的健康发展。此时,如何经济高效地治理和可持续开发利用工业污染场址,准确把握棕地问题的发生机制,有针对性的制订一套先进的一体化解决方案应用于棕地重建,获得社会、经济和环境的三赢,是城市实现可持续发展战略的根本。本文以淄博市典型工业棕地分布区——四宝山片区为研究对象,提出城市棕地的再利用不应只是单纯从产业转型或环境保护方面切入,而应着重通过研究城市时空演变趋势的分析,找准规划区所需承担的区域功能,从城市空间修补与城市机能完善的观点进行思考,提出分区、分级、分类对生态、土壤、产业三重修复的理念和"四位一体"的复兴策略,旨在实现区域整体的复兴和创造新的都市空间,为工矿城市棕地再开发开拓思路、提供依据。

Through the analysis of the trend of urban space-time evolution, we should find out the regional function of the planning area, think about it from the viewpoint of urban space repair and the perfection of urban function, and put forward the division, classification and classification of ecology and soil. The idea of industry triple-restoration and the strategy of "four-in-one" are aimed at realizing the overall regional rejuvenation and creating new urban space, and providing the basis for the redevelopment of industrial and mining cities.
