地沟油用于混凝土脱模剂与减缩剂的研究

【摘要】:随着餐饮行业大量涌现,作为地沟油主要来源的餐厨废油不断增多,而地沟油回流餐桌的现象时有发生,引起人们的广泛关注。于是各行各业的人对治理地沟油献言献策,它因富含油脂而可以被用作混凝土脱模剂,也有学者试图将它用于混凝土减缩剂的研究。本课题正是基于此而展开,将严重危害人们生命健康的地沟油用于混凝土脱模剂与减缩剂的研究,从而变废为宝,同时还可以降低工程造价。本课题通过对乳化剂种类、乳化工艺的选择,制备出一种稳定的水包油型地沟油乳液,并经过助剂用量的选择,得到了地沟油乳液脱模剂、减缩剂的配方;针对脱模剂,对其基本性能进行了表征,并测试了它的不同稀释比例与基准组对混凝土干燥收缩、表面渗透性、表面硬度及表面孔结构的影响;至于减缩剂,测试了它的不同掺量与基准组对混凝土自收缩、干燥收缩、抗压强度的影响,并通过压汞法、扫描电镜、X射线衍射及表面张力测定等微观分析手段来对其减缩机理进行探讨。研究的结果表明,该地沟油乳液用于混凝土脱模剂时,脱模效果、干燥收缩、表面气体渗透、表面硬度与基准组效果相当,表面孔结构具有很大程度的改善,而且因为是可再生资源,有很好的发展前景。地沟油乳液用于减缩剂时,掺量为3%时,其对混凝土自收缩、强度的影响与掺加市场上醇类减缩剂的效果相当,干燥收缩减缩效果不如后者理想。这主要是两类减缩剂的减缩机理不同导致:前者由于自身所含的油脂与混凝土中的水化产物发生皂化反应,填充内部毛细孔导致;后者是通过降低内部毛细孔中水的表面张力而导致。
[Abstract]:With the emergence of a large number of catering industries, the waste cooking oil, which is the main source of gutter oil, has been increasing, and the phenomenon of the backflow of gutter oil back to the dining table has occurred from time to time, which has aroused widespread concern. So people in various industries offer advice on the treatment of gutter oil. It can be used as a release agent for concrete because it is rich in oil, and some scholars have tried to use it as a shrinkage reducer for concrete. In order to turn waste into treasure and to reduce the cost of engineering, the waste oil which is seriously harmful to people's life and health is used in the study of concrete release agent and shrinkage reducer. This project is based on the selection of emulsifier and emulsifying technology. A stable oil-in-water gutter oil emulsion was prepared, and the formula of the release agent and reducing agent was obtained by selecting the dosage of additives, and the basic properties of the release agent were characterized. The effects of different dilution ratios and reference groups on the drying shrinkage, surface permeability, surface hardness and surface pore structure of concrete were tested. The influence of compressive strength was studied by means of mercury injection method, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) X-ray diffraction and surface tension measurement. The results showed that the gutter oil emulsion was used as a concrete release agent. The effect of demoulding, drying shrinkage, surface gas permeation, surface hardness and reference group effect are equal, the surface pore structure is improved to a great extent, and because it is a renewable resource, it has a good development prospect. When the gutter oil emulsion is used as a shrinkage reducer, When the content is 3, the effect on the shrinkage and strength of concrete is the same as the effect of adding alcohol reducer on the market. The shrinkage reduction effect of drying shrinkage is not as good as that of the latter. This is mainly due to the different reduction mechanism of the two kinds of shrinkage reducers: the former is caused by the saponification reaction between the oil contained in itself and the hydration products in concrete and the filling of internal pores; The latter is caused by lowering the surface tension of water in the inner capillary.
