智能路灯控制系统设计

【摘要】:在高速发展现代城市,减少不必要的能源消耗就意味着环境的改善和经济效益的提升。户外照明所消耗的能源是城市能源消耗的重要组成部分,因此减少户外照明所消耗的能源是当今城市发展的重要课题。本论文设计的智能路灯系统能够独立对每个路灯进行控制,采集每个路灯的运作情况,并通过以太网或RS-485总线将信息反馈给监控室的上位机,搭建覆盖所有路灯控制节点的路灯监控网络,。本系统采用总线结构,由主机对从机进行管理。主机分为信息管理控制器和主控制器两部分,从机通过RS-485总线接收主机的控制命令,通过光传感器反馈路灯的照明状况,并通过电子整流器控制路灯的照明。系统还设计并实现了上位机与主控制电路、主控制器与路灯控制器之间的通信协议,完成了对每个路灯进行策略控制的功能。硬件设计上,信息管理控制器使用了飞思卡尔公司基于ARM Cortex-M4内核的Kinetis系列芯片MK60DN512Z,它的最小系统包含了电源滤波电路、时钟晶振电路、复位电路、下载JTAG接口。主控制器使用飞思卡尔的16位汽车级S12系列微控制器MC9S12XS128,保证系统工作的稳定性。灯控制器主芯片使用PIC16F1824,接收RS485信号,并执行相应灯光调节功能。RS485接口使用ADM2587E芯片,减少了电路的复杂性,大大缩小了所占用的PCB面积。软件设计上,主机信息管理控制器使用了MQX实时操作系统,利用MQX实时操作系统包含的TCP/IP协议栈完成网络通信功能。主机主控制器与从机之间则实现了以GB/T 19582.1-2008为基础的通信功能,能够满足智能路灯控制的需求。最后进行了系统的软硬件测试,测试结果表明设计的正确性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modern city, reduce unnecessary energy consumption means that the improvement of the environment and enhance the economic benefits of the energy consumption. The outdoor lighting is an important part of the city's energy consumption, thereby reducing the energy consumption of outdoor lighting is an important topic in today's city development. Intelligent lighting system designed by this paper can be independent to control the operation of each street, each collection of lamp, and the computer information back to the control room via Ethernet or RS-485 bus, built to cover all the nodes of the street lamp control monitoring network. The main controller chip uses PIC16F1824, the RS485 signal is received, and the implementation of the corresponding light regulating function of.RS485 interface using ADM2587E chip. To reduce the complexity of the circuit, greatly reduces the occupied area of PCB. The design of software, the host information management controller used MQX. When the operating system, including using MQX real-time operating system TCP/IP protocol stack to achieve the function of network communication. The main host controller and from the machine in order to realize the communication function between GB/T and 19582.1-2008 based intelligent lighting control, can meet the demand. Finally, the system hardware and software testing, test results show the correctness of the design.
