【摘要】：我国城市化进程正快速发展,城镇区域建筑规模和发展速度惊人。绿色建筑的发展旨在以最少的资源消耗,为人们提供舒适、健康的生活空间,实现建筑经济与资源、环境的和谐发展,使之能够走一条可持续发展的路线。绿色建筑设计时,应多专业相结合,建筑、结构、水暖电各技术工种相互配合,共同探讨。论文旨在对绿色建筑设计阶段形成统一的设计技术方案,为绿色建筑设计标识的评定带来一定的便利,为绿色建筑项目的后续施工、管理起一定的指导作用。恒元广场项目位于慈溪文化商务区内,本文通过该项目的绿色建筑建筑技术方案的设计,从建筑设计、节能、节水、节材、室内环境分析等多方面解析绿色建筑设计技术方案,使之能通过一星绿色建筑设计标识评定。本文通过对恒元广场一星绿色技术方案的探讨旨在为绿色建筑设计提供统一标准模板。绿色建筑设计技术方案的规范化有利于设计师从整体上解决各个方面存在的问题,能够直观的反应绿色建筑在各个方面的具体应用,并为绿色建筑设计评星起到很好的帮助作用。绿色建筑设计技术方案的形成也能对开发商起到直接的帮助,有利于开发商对项目的开发形成直观的了解,有助与项目的开发及控制。
[Abstract]:The development of green building is aimed at providing people with comfortable and healthy living space with minimal resource consumption and realizing architectural economy and resources. The harmonious development of the environment enables it to take a sustainable development route. When designing green buildings, we should combine many fields of expertise, such as building, structure, water, heating and electricity. The purpose of this paper is to form a unified design technical scheme for the green building design stage, to bring some convenience to the evaluation of the green building design logo, and to facilitate the subsequent construction of the green building project. The project of Hengyuan Square is located in Cixi Cultural Business District. Through the design of green building technical scheme of this project, from architectural design, energy saving, water saving, material saving, Indoor environment analysis and other aspects to analyze the green building design technology, The purpose of this paper is to provide uniform standard formwork for green building design through the discussion of one star green technology scheme of Hengyuan square. Standardization of green building design technical scheme. It is helpful for designers to solve the problems in all aspects as a whole. Can intuitively reflect the concrete application of green building in all aspects, and play a very good role in the evaluation of green architecture design. The formation of green building design technology can also directly help developers. It is helpful for developers to form an intuitive understanding of the development of the project and facilitate the development and control of the project.
