基于城乡文化传承的环巢湖小城镇风貌特征控制规划研究

【摘要】：当下,在均质化的城镇建设中,小城镇风貌问题日益突出,其矛盾的本质是建设趋同和风貌失控现象带来的文化焦虑和自我认同力的缺失。如何体现小城镇风貌特征,符合当前小城镇建设的时代需求,是小城镇发展的核心问题。本论文的研究基于城乡文化传承的基础特定需求,通过分析环巢湖地区的风貌资源现状、要素,探寻该地区风貌特征控制的方法。制定对于环巢湖地区小城镇风貌具有全局性、长期性、引导性影响的规划控制方案,为下一步环湖小城镇风貌建设提供较为合理的依据和指导。论文共分为三个部分。第一部分为绪论和综述,着重介绍了研究的背景和主要内容,指出本次研究的目的和意义及研究所采用的方法。通过实地考察、相关文献的阅读等方法,了解当前国内外小城镇风貌控制规划的历程、现状及未来发展趋势,认识我国当前小城镇风貌控制方面的借鉴之处与欠缺之处。第二部分为理论与分析过程,由第二章、第三章、第四章组成。主要界定小城镇风貌等名词的概念内涵,梳理城乡文化与小城镇风貌的内在关系,然后对风貌资源进行初步分析归纳,梳理城乡文化与小城镇风貌的相互关系,并对小城镇的风貌特征进行认知,分析提取风貌要素。最终基于文化传承角度完善理论框架。第三部分为研究与应用过程,由论文的第五章、第六章和第七章组成。内容为基于城乡文化传承的小城镇风貌规划控制方法探索,进一步证实理论方法的合理性,可操作性。从具有代表性的环巢湖小城镇中选取案例进行分析论证,并对论文研究做后续展望,探讨该论文策略研究的可行性与价值,找出研究存在的不足,得出结论。
[Abstract]:At present, in the homogeneous construction of cities and towns, the problem of style and appearance of small towns is increasingly prominent. The essence of its contradiction is the cultural anxiety and the lack of self-identity brought about by the phenomenon of construction convergence and out-of-control style and appearance.How to reflect the features of small towns and meet the needs of the construction of small towns is the core problem of the development of small towns.Based on the specific needs of urban and rural cultural heritage, this paper analyzes the current situation and elements of landscape resources around Chaohu Lake, and explores the method of controlling the features of this area.The planning and control scheme for the small towns around Chaohu Lake has the characteristics of overall, long-term and leading influence, which provides a more reasonable basis and guidance for the construction of the style and features of the small towns around the lake in the next step.The thesis is divided into three parts.The first part is an introduction and a summary, focusing on the background and main contents of the study, pointing out the purpose and significance of this study and the methods adopted by the research.By means of field investigation and reading of relevant documents, this paper tries to understand the course, present situation and future development trend of the control planning of the style and appearance of small towns at home and abroad, and to understand the reference points and deficiencies in the aspect of style and feature control of small towns in our country.The second part is the theory and analysis process, which is composed of the second chapter, the third chapter, and the fourth chapter.It mainly defines the concept connotation of small town style and features, combs the inner relationship between urban and rural culture and small town style, and then makes a preliminary analysis and induction of style and feature resources, combing the mutual relationship between urban and rural culture and small town style.The features of small towns are cognized, and the features are analyzed and extracted.Finally, based on the perspective of cultural heritage to improve the theoretical framework.The third part is the research and application process, which consists of the fifth chapter, the sixth chapter and the seventh chapter.The content is based on the urban and rural cultural heritage of small town planning and control methods to further verify the rationality of the theoretical method, operability.From the typical small town around Chaohu Lake, this paper chooses the case to analyze and demonstrate, and makes the follow-up prospect to the paper research, discusses the feasibility and value of the paper strategy research, finds out the deficiency of the research, and draws a conclusion.
