软触媒叠加下的北京市宛平城更新改造规划策略

【摘要】：文章首先从城市触媒理论的视角出发,利用语义分析法量化分析宛平城政策、历史、文化和旅游等多种软触媒的重要程度;其次,将待更新的宛平城内节点作为触媒载体进行双向叠加,得到最重要的软触媒和最佳激活载体;最后,针对数据分析结果,从软触媒和触媒载体两个角度提出了将政策精准作用到触媒载体、挖掘历史资源、开发特色产业和塑造多样化公共空间等更新改造策略,以推动宛平城的全面复兴。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of urban catalyst theory, this paper uses semantic analysis method to quantitatively analyze the importance of various soft catalysts such as Wanping City policy, history, culture and tourism. Using the nodes in Wanping City to be updated as the catalyst carrier, the most important soft catalyst and the best activation carrier are obtained. Finally, according to the results of data analysis, From the point of view of soft catalyst and catalyst carrier, this paper puts forward some strategies to promote the overall rejuvenation of Wanping City, such as the precise action of policy to the catalyst carrier, the excavation of historical resources, the development of characteristic industry and the creation of diversified public space.
