用于加气混凝土的陈积粉煤灰物理性能分析

【摘要】:粉煤灰加气混凝土的迅猛发展,造成电厂新出产的粉煤灰资源短缺、供不应求。为此研究利用陈积的粉煤灰生产加气混凝土显得十分重要。从化学组成、矿物组成和微观结构3方面对用于加气混凝土的陈积粉煤灰物理性能进行分析。化学组成方面:3个电厂的陈积粉煤灰均为低钙粉煤灰;清镇电厂、贵阳电厂和黔西电厂的陈积灰烧失量分别为10.14%、9.35%、6.32%,主要原因是陈积粉煤灰长期在露天堆存严重受潮及发生水化反应所致。矿物组成方面:对矿物组成进行X射线衍射分析,表明陈积粉煤灰与新粉煤灰的矿物组成基本一致。微观结构方面:对矿物组成进行了激光共聚焦观测,结果 3个电厂陈积粉煤灰颗粒表面均粗糙不平,主要原因为在露天堆存过程中,粉煤灰在雨水的侵蚀作用下发生了不同程度的化学反应,在表面生成了反应产物所致。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of fly ash aerated concrete, the shortage of new fly ash resources in power plant, and the shortage of demand. Therefore, it is very important to study the production of aerated concrete by using old fly ash. The physical properties of aged fly ash used for aerated concrete were analyzed in three aspects of mineral composition and microstructure. In Guiyang Power Plant and Qianxi Power Plant, the burning loss of old ash is 10.14 / 9.35 and 6.32, respectively. The main reason is that the aged fly ash has been subjected to severe moisture and hydration reaction in the open air for a long time. The mineral composition is analyzed by X-ray diffraction. The results show that the mineral composition of the aged fly ash is basically the same as that of the new fly ash. In terms of microstructure, laser confocal observation of the mineral composition has been carried out, and the results show that the surface of the aged fly ash particles in three power plants is rough and rough. The main reason is that in the process of open-air storage, the chemical reaction of fly ash occurred in varying degrees under the action of Rain Water, and the reaction products were formed on the surface.
