大连某超高层住宅群结构设计

【摘要】:位于大连凌水湾某住宅群的5栋高层住宅均为现浇钢筋混凝土剪力墙结构。A1#、A2#楼结构高度为149.25m,属于B级高度超限高层建筑。详细介绍了A1#超限设计的主要内容,性能化的抗震设计方法分析结果表明,结构可以满足预定的抗震性能目标,同时对处于岩石地基且埋深较浅的A3#、A4#楼整体抗倾覆设计进行了阐述。
[Abstract]:The five high-rise buildings in a residential group in Lingshuiwan, Dalian are all cast-in-place reinforced concrete shear wall structures. The height of A1#A2# building is 149.25m. it belongs to class B high-rise buildings.The main contents of the A1# over-limit design are introduced in detail. The results of the performance-based seismic design method show that the structure can meet the intended seismic performance objectives.At the same time, the overall overturning design of A _ 3 #Hu A- building with shallow buried depth on rock foundation is described.
