地下工程近接既有建筑施工风险分析及对策研究

【摘要】:当今社会发展迅速和人口暴增,导致城市人均用地面积巨幅下降,使得城市建筑拥挤,道路交通堵塞。针对这一问题,世界各地的大中城市都积极开发地下空间来解决城市用地困难的这一难题。城市地下工程周边多数都被既有建筑或管线所包围,给地下工程的施工带来极大的困难,同时地下工程在施工过程中也对邻近既有建筑的安全造成威胁,在地下工程的施工过程中如何保护周边的既有建筑是地下工程施工中必须解决的一个难题。本文利用网络层次分析法就地下工程近接施工对邻近既有建筑物的风险问题进行权重分析,利用MATLAB编写网络层次分析法程序对各个风险因素进行风险权重分析,然后对各风险因素进行风险等级划分,对既有建筑物造成比较大的风险因素提出相应的应对策略。本文主要从以下方面着手研究:(1)本文总结归纳地下工程近接施工对既有建筑的风险因素,包括人为因素和各种已经存在的风险因素,将这些风险因素进行分类,构建出地下工程近接施工对既有建筑的安全造成影响的风险决策系统;(2)采用网络层次分析法来对各风险因素进行等级划分,用MATLAB编写网络层次分析法的程序从而使计算更为高效和准确;(3)通过问卷调查的方式得到风险因素的判断矩阵,将得到的数据经过网络层次分析法的计算处理后,得到各个风险因素的对既有建筑建筑安全影响的权重;(4)根据风险因素的权重,对各风险因素的影响力作出风险排序,根据排序结果,对于影响较为微弱的风险因素则不予提出对策;将各个风险因素划分等级,针对影响较大的风险因素提出相应的处理对策。本课题所研究的地下工程近接施工对邻近既有建筑物的风险性分析及对策研究,为今后地下工程近接施工的工程风险分析提供参考依据,也为其他类似的近接工程的施工影响提供了研究分析方法,为提高地下工程近接施工的安全性提供了技术和理论支持。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of society and the rapid increase of population, the per capita area of urban land has been greatly reduced, making urban buildings congested and road traffic jams.To solve this problem, large and medium cities all over the world actively develop underground space to solve the difficult problem of urban land use.Most of the urban underground projects are surrounded by existing buildings or pipelines, which bring great difficulties to the construction of underground works, and also pose a threat to the safety of adjacent existing buildings in the process of construction.How to protect the surrounding existing buildings in the construction process of underground engineering is a difficult problem that must be solved in the construction of underground engineering.In this paper, the network analytic hierarchy process (NAHP) is used to analyze the risk of adjacent existing buildings in the near joint construction of underground engineering, and the network AHP program is written by MATLAB to analyze the risk weight of each risk factor.Then the risk factors are divided into different risk levels, and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward for the larger risk factors caused by the existing buildings.This paper mainly studies the following aspects: (1) this paper summarizes and summarizes the risk factors, including human factors and all kinds of existing risk factors, and classifies these risk factors.A risk decision system is constructed, which influences the safety of existing buildings in the near connection construction of underground engineering. The risk factors are classified by network analytic hierarchy process (AHP).The program of network analytic hierarchy process (NAHP) is written by MATLAB to make the calculation more efficient and accurate. The judgment matrix of risk factors is obtained by means of questionnaire, and the obtained data is processed through the calculation of NAHP.According to the weight of the risk factors, the influence of each risk factor on the safety of the existing building is ranked according to the weight of the risk factors, and according to the ranking results,For the weak risk factors, the countermeasures are not put forward, and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward to deal with the risk factors which have a greater impact on the risk factors.In this paper, the risk analysis and countermeasures of the adjacent existing buildings are studied, which provides a reference for the risk analysis of the near joint construction of the underground engineering in the future.It also provides a research and analysis method for the construction impact of other similar near-junction projects, and provides technical and theoretical support for improving the safety of the near-junction construction of underground engineering.
