生活体验型商业综合体外部空间规划设计研究

【摘要】:城市商业综合体作为现代商业设施,集合了商务、商业、居住、体闲、娱乐、交通等多项功能,满足了人们消费生活多方面需求。随着人们生活水平的不断提高,消费层次也不断升级,人们更注重消费过程中的感官体验和精神需求;另一方面虚拟化、互联网化的电子商务将长足发展,普通的购物需求在实体店将越来越少,而社会化、体验式的实体消费需求将越来越凸显。调查发现,目前国内外运营成功的商业综合体,均创造了符合人们需求的外部空间环境,并且结合城市公共开放空间,为人们提供了丰富的生活体验感。这种体验型商业外部空间的营造,它不仅带来了商业效益的成功,也促进了城市良好发展。本文以生活体验型商业综合体外部空间为研究课题,通过文献结合案例分析对外部空间规划设计进行了一系列研究,课题总体分为六个章节:第一章确定了研究对象并对国内外研究现状和实践历程进行分析,明确研究方法和技术路线;第二章通过大量文献、案例的研究,归纳总结了生活体验型外部空间规划设计相关理论与方法、空间要素等;第三章分析了国内外经典成功案例及案例借鉴总结;第四章结合高淳苏宁商业综合体项目实践运用相关理论与方法并作分析评价;第五章从当前我国商业综合体外部空间开发过程中政府、开发商、设计师三个层面的问题进行分析并提出了对策建议;第六章总结本文的观点,提倡生活体验型商业与城市公共开放空间结合的模式,提炼相关理论和数据、方法,倡导开发商、政府、设计师共同作用于商业外部空间规划设计,并展望了未来生活体验型商业综合体外部空间发展的方向。
[Abstract]:As a modern commercial facility, urban commercial complex integrates many functions, such as commerce, commerce, residence, leisure, entertainment, transportation and so on, and meets the needs of people in many aspects of consumption and life.With the continuous improvement of people's living standards and the upgrading of consumption levels, people pay more attention to the sensory experience and spiritual needs in the process of consumption; on the other hand, virtualization, Internet e-commerce will greatly develop.Ordinary shopping demand will be less and less in physical stores, while socialized, experiential physical consumption demand will become more and more prominent.It is found that the successful commercial complexes both at home and abroad have created an external space environment that meets the needs of people and has provided people with a rich sense of life experience in combination with the urban public open space.This kind of experience commercial exterior space construction, it not only brought the commercial benefit the success, also promoted the city good development.In this paper, the outer space of the living experience commercial complex is taken as the research topic, and a series of research on the external space planning and design is carried out through the analysis of the literature and the case study.The topic is divided into six chapters: the first chapter determines the research object, and analyzes the current research situation and practice course at home and abroad, and clarifies the research methods and technical routes; the second chapter through a large number of literature, case studies,Summarized the life experience of the external space planning and design related theories and methods, space elements, etc. Chapter three analyzes the domestic and foreign classic success cases and case reference summary;Chapter four applies relevant theories and methods to the practice of Gaochun Su Ning Commercial complex Project and makes an analysis and evaluation. Chapter five focuses on the government and developers in the process of developing the outer space of commercial complex in our country.The sixth chapter summarizes the views of this paper, advocates the mode of combination of life experience business and urban public open space, refines relevant theories and data, methods, and advocates developers.The government and designer act together in the planning and design of commercial outer space, and look forward to the direction of the development of the outer space of the life experience commercial complex in the future.
