低碳导向下的浙北地区乡村住宅空间形态研究与实践

【摘要】:在中国当下整体快速城市化的进程中,乡村亦掀起了新一轮的建设热潮。但目前大量的乡村建设由于缺乏针对性的理论与实践指导,盲目借用城市发展模式,设计往往无视策略及手法的地域性、适宜性、生态性,极大破坏了乡村独有的风貌,带来地区住居形态的衰落,脱离了地方特色的智慧与灵气。 研究正是基于实时的农村建设需求,选取了面广量大的典型乡村住宅作为研究对象。研究根植于传统乡村生活的活动机制,明确了以“宅院”——即由建筑单体及其院墙围合而成的独户居住空间,为乡村居住空间的基本单元,掌握其组成、结构、聚集与生长规律,并分析乡村住宅及人居环境的本质关系。 该基于低碳视角的乡村人居单元研究是集多学科融贯的复杂系统研究。研究采用原型理论的分析方法,借用细胞结构学的切分智慧,坚持被动式节能技术的策略,将拓扑形态学的原理作为拓展媒介。在此多维度视角下,研究建立起由——细胞功能主体原型+复合界面+腔体空间+地形限定的“乡村基本单元”的设计方法与建设体系。 研究首先依据乡村生活的需求及低碳导向设计的要求,结合对众多实践案例的分析,建立起具有普遍共性的拓扑原型;在此基础上,为了兼顾多样化的生活需求,且不约束设计者的思维框架,研究依据各项潜在的拓展因素,预测与设计出可视化的多重选择设计菜单,充分挖掘出适宜乡土住宅建设的策略与手法,为具体的营建工作提供科学可操作的工具;最后通过新建及改建、单体与群体等不同的实际乡村建设项目,对菜单进行较为全面的实践论证、信息反馈和设计补充。 论文目前的研究总体水平仍处于初期的阶段,寄希望通过对浙北地区住宅建筑的解读,以低碳人居单元的概念与视角,以一种开放的方式方法归纳出具有普适意义的空间形态设计原型与菜单,力求研究的地域性、适宜性、生态性与实践性。望以此文为低碳乡村人居环境营建提供借鉴和参考,对如火如茶的乡村建设有所裨益。
[Abstract]:In the process of rapid urbanization in China, rural areas also set off a new round of construction upsurge.However, due to the lack of theoretical and practical guidance, a large number of rural construction blindly borrow the urban development model, and design often ignores the regional, appropriate and ecological characteristics of strategies and techniques, which greatly destroy the unique style and features of the countryside.Brought about the decline of regional residential form, away from the local characteristics of wisdom and spirit.The research is based on the real-time demand of rural construction, select a wide range of typical rural housing as the research object.This paper studies the activity mechanism rooted in the traditional rural life, and defines the "house yard", that is, the single-family living space enclosed by the building monomer and its courtyard wall, as the basic unit of the rural living space, and grasps its composition and structure.Gather and grow law, and analyze the essential relation of rural residence and human settlement environment.The research of rural human settlement unit based on low-carbon perspective is a complex and systematic study with multi-disciplinary integration.In this paper, we adopt the analytical method of prototype theory, utilize the segmentation wisdom of cellular structure, stick to the strategy of passive energy saving technology, and take the principle of topological morphology as the medium of expansion.In this multi-dimensional perspective, the design method and construction system of the "rural basic unit", defined by the spatial topography of the composite cavity, which is defined by the prototype of the functional main body of the cell, is established.First of all, according to the needs of rural life and the requirements of low-carbon oriented design, combined with the analysis of many practical cases, the topology prototype with universal commonness is established, and on this basis, in order to take into account the diverse needs of life,And without restricting the designer's thinking frame, according to the potential expansion factors, the paper predicts and designs the visual multi-choice design menu, and fully excavates the strategy and technique suitable for the local house construction.This paper provides scientific and practical tools for concrete construction work. Finally, through different actual rural construction projects, such as new construction and reconstruction, monomer and group, the menu is demonstrated, information feedback and design supplement are given.At present, the overall level of the research is still in the initial stage, hoping that through the interpretation of residential buildings in the north of Zhejiang, the concept and perspective of low-carbon human settlements unit,This paper sums up the prototype and menu of spatial form design with universal meaning in an open way, and tries to study the regionality, suitability, ecology and practicality of the research.It is hoped that this paper can be used for reference and reference for the construction of low carbon rural human settlements, which is beneficial to the rural construction with fire as tea.
