健康导向下寒地城市老旧住区外环境再生策略研究

【摘要】：中国的城市发展方向正以速度为先的发展时代走向人本主义的改良时代,存量型的规划取代增长型规划,逐渐成为城市发展的重心。老旧住区作为存量型规划的主要载体,与人们日常生活最为密切。近年来开展了一系列老旧住区更新的项目,在改造探索的过程中出现了一系列的理论和实践成果,同时也发现了诸多问题。居民的健康与居住环境品质高低关系密切,从健康角度去探索老旧住区更新十分重要,作为具有鲜明气候特点的城市类型,寒地城市老旧住区的再生手段应更具特殊性。目前国内关于老旧住区改造多以住宅作为主要改造对象,外环境改造的相关理论较少,缺乏寒地城市老旧住区外环境改造的研究成果。针对上述问题,本文从健康这一全新的视角探讨寒地城市老旧住区外环境再生,在实地调研寒地老旧住区的基础上,对寒地城市老旧住区物质环境、精神环境及居民的改造意愿进行分析,分析其目前老旧住区外环境存在的主要问题,找出其背后的影响因素,提出将健康作为指导寒地城市老旧住区外环境的重点,实现寒地城市老旧住区外环境健康性的提升。本研究的重点在于健康视角下的寒地城市老旧住区外坏境再生策略研究,文章首先确定了研究课题的方向及相关概念,并对人居环境科学理论、城市有机再生理论、健康行为学改变理论等相关基础理论进行分析,明确其指导意义。系统解析了居住环境与公众身体健康、心理健康和社会资本之间的关系,分析了寒地气候特征对健康的影响。对健康城市及健康社区内涵的分析和归纳,明确目前老旧住区所处的衰退演替阶段,通过对国外住宅更新周期的相关理论进行研究,明确延长我国住宅更新时间的迫切性,系统解析了健康理念在寒地城市老旧住区再生中的应用方式及方法。总结了寒地城市住宅小区建设各个时期的特征,明确各时期住区的外环境特征,对具有代表性的九十年代的老旧住区外环境现状进行调研,其中包括物质环境现状、精神环境现状及居民满意度及改造意愿的调查。总结了寒地老旧住区外环境存在的问题。在此基础上,提出健康视角下老旧住区外环境的再生的原则,从物质环境、社会环境、政策保障三个方面提出了老旧住区外环境的再生策略。
[Abstract]:The direction of urban development in China is moving towards the era of humanism in which the speed is the first. The stock-oriented planning replaces the growth-type planning and gradually becomes the focus of urban development.As the main carrier of stock planning, the old residential area is most closely related to people's daily life.In recent years, a series of old residential renewal projects have been carried out, and a series of theoretical and practical achievements have appeared in the process of renovation and exploration, and many problems have also been found at the same time.The health of residents is closely related to the quality of living environment. It is very important to explore the renewal of old residential areas from the perspective of health. As a urban type with distinct climatic characteristics, the regeneration means of old residential areas in cold cities should be more special.At present, most of the old residential areas in our country take the residence as the main object of renovation, and there are few related theories about the external environment reconstruction, and the research results of the transformation of the old and old residential areas outside the cold cities are lacking.In view of the above problems, this paper probes into the regeneration of the environment outside the old residential areas in cold cities from the perspective of health. On the basis of investigating the old residential areas in the cold regions, the physical environment of the old residential areas in the cold regions is studied.This paper analyzes the mental environment and residents' willingness to reform, analyzes the main problems existing in the existing environment outside the old residential areas, finds out the influencing factors behind it, and puts forward that health should be taken as the key point to guide the environment outside the old living areas in cold cities.To realize the promotion of environmental health outside the old and old living areas in cold cities.The focus of this study is on the regeneration strategy of the old and old urban environment outside the cold region from the perspective of health. Firstly, the research direction and related concepts are determined, and the scientific theory of human settlement environment, the theory of urban organic regeneration, the theory of urban organic regeneration are also discussed in this paper.Health behavior change theory and other related basic theories are analyzed to clarify its guiding significance.The relationship between living environment, public health, mental health and social capital is analyzed systematically, and the influence of cold climate on health is analyzed.This paper analyzes and summarizes the connotation of healthy city and healthy community, clarifies the stage of decline and succession in the old residential area at present. Through the research on the relevant theories of the renewal cycle of foreign housing, it makes clear the urgency of prolonging the renewal time of housing in our country.The application of health concept in regeneration of old residential areas in cold cities is analyzed systematically.This paper summarizes the characteristics of every period of the construction of urban residential district in cold region, clarifies the characteristics of the outer environment of the residential area in each period, and investigates the present situation of the environment outside the old residential area of the representative 1990s, including the present situation of the material environment.Investigation of the present situation of mental environment and residents' satisfaction and reform intention.This paper summarizes the existing problems in the environment outside the old and old living areas in cold regions.On this basis, this paper puts forward the principle of regeneration of the environment outside the old living area from the health perspective, and puts forward the regeneration strategy of the environment outside the old living area from three aspects: the material environment, the social environment and the policy guarantee.
