含氯胺水管网输配过程中红水现象的产生机理

【摘要】:以北方某城市区域管网为研究对象,考察了该区域管网管材分布情况及氯胺消毒水的水质变化特征.结果显示,该区域管网水质稳定,二次消毒剂氯胺衰减动力学符合氯胺自身降解的二级动力学过程,说明该区域干管输送过程对水质指标影响不大,红水现象主要来自于户线管网.通过旧管道输水模拟实验,对该市因变更水源导致红水现象的过程和机理进行了分析,结果表明,氯胺对铁管材的腐蚀性比氯更强,更能导致金属的溶出;原水中硫酸盐升高能加剧水质对管道的腐蚀性.XRD分析表明,发生过红水的管道α-FeOOH的含量较少,β,γ-FeOOH的含量大于α-FeOOH;而没有发生过红水的管道α-FeOOH含量明显大于β,γ-FeOOH,α-FeOOH可能是铁质管道内壁形成致密保护层从而保持水质稳定的主要成分.
[Abstract]:The distribution of pipe materials and the variation characteristics of chloramine disinfectant water quality in a city in the north of China were investigated.The results show that the water quality is stable and the decay kinetics of the secondary disinfectant chloramine accords with the second-order dynamic process of chloramine self-degradation, which indicates that the main pipe transportation process in this area has little influence on the water quality index.The red water phenomenon mainly comes from the household pipeline network.The process and mechanism of red water caused by the change of water source in the city are analyzed through the water conveyance simulation experiment of the old pipeline. The results show that chloramines are more corrosive to iron pipes than chlorine and can lead to the dissolution of metals.The increase of sulfate in raw water can aggravate the corrosivity of water quality to pipeline. XRD analysis shows that,The content of 伪 -FeOOH in the pipeline with excessive red water is less, and the content of 尾, 纬 -FeOOH is higher than that of 伪 -FeOOH, while the content of 伪 -FeOOH in the pipeline without red water is obviously higher than that of 尾, 纬 -FeOOOH, 伪 -FeOOH may be the main component of forming a dense protective layer on the inner wall of iron pipeline and maintaining the stability of water quality.
