混凝土用再生细骨料质量等级模糊综合评估方法

【摘要】:基于模糊综合评估理论,提出了一种评估混凝土用再生细骨料质量等级的方法。首先,将混凝土用再生细骨料划分为4个模糊质量等级,分别对应于优等、合格、基本合格与不合格4个状态,给出了不同质量等级再生细骨料适用的环境作用等级和工程类别。然后,选取表观密度、吸附砂浆含量、吸水率、坚固性、再生胶砂需水量比和再生胶砂强度比6个指标,界定各个指标对不同质量等级的最优区间。采用最优区间型隶属度函数确定各指标对各质量等级的隶属度。依据层次分析法确定各指标的权重,以质量等级评分值作为评定再生细骨料质量等级的唯一标准。最后,结合算例,验证了本方法的科学性与合理性。
[Abstract]:Based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory, a method for evaluating the quality grade of recycled fine aggregate for concrete is proposed.First of all, the recycled fine aggregate used in concrete is divided into four fuzzy quality grades, corresponding to excellent, qualified, basically qualified and unqualified four states, respectively.The environmental action grade and engineering category of recycled fine aggregate with different quality grades are given.Then, six indexes such as apparent density, adsorption mortar content, water absorption rate, firmness, water demand ratio of regenerated cement sand and strength ratio of regenerated mortar were selected to define the optimal range of each index for different quality grades.The optimal interval membership function is used to determine the membership degree of each index to each quality grade.The weight of each index is determined according to the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the quality grade is regarded as the sole criterion for evaluating the quality grade of recycled fine aggregate.Finally, the method is proved to be scientific and reasonable with an example.
