南京市工业遗产保护与再利用研究

【摘要】：城市化和工业化的快速发展使城市更新和产业结构调整成为城市建设和旧城改造的主题。位于城市中心的传统工矿企业成为开发的宝地,大量有价值的工业遗产被"推倒重来",抹杀了城市的记忆和工人的情感。工业遗产的拆除与保护、遗弃与利用成为了人们争论的焦点。南京是国家首批公布的24个历史文化名城之一,也是我国重要的工业城市。为进一步改善主城区环境质量,对有环境污染安全隐患的企业实施"环保搬迁",这就使得大量工业遗产面临严重危机。类似的问题在别的城市同样也会遇到,探索工业遗产的保护与再利用,也可以为其他地区工业遗产优化提供借鉴。本文的前三章梳理了国内外工业遗产保护与再利用的研究动态、相关理论与案例,从整体保护、动态保护、适应性再利用和文化景观重建四个方面进行了经验总结。第四章分析了南京工业遗产及其保护与再利用的概况,利用调查问卷结合实地调研,得到了民国首都电厂、金陵机器制造局、江南造钟厂的基础数据。第五章构建了南京市工业遗产保护与再利用评价指标体系,结合层次分析法和模糊数学评价法进行定量计算,得出5个准则层因素的重要性排序为:文化内涵0.46经济利用0.21环境风貌0,19社会影响0.08美学艺术0.06,最终得出了金陵机器制造局4.43江南造钟厂3.97民国首都电厂2.59,这三个工业遗产得分都大于2,说明考虑了文化、社会、生态、经济、美学的平衡,取得了较好的效果,但彼此之间差异很大,分析了三者之间的优劣及产生差异的原因。第六章分析三个工业遗产保护与再利用手法以及存在的不足,并给出针对性地建议。提出了南京市工业遗产保护与再利用的未来发展建议,以期对新时期工业遗产的保护与再利用提供参考。最后,对本文研究成果进行了总结与展望。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of urbanization and industrialization, urban renewal and industrial structure adjustment become the theme of urban construction and old city transformation. Traditional industrial and mining enterprises located in the center of the city have become a treasure for development, and a large number of valuable industrial heritage have been "pushed back", wiping out the memory of the city and the feelings of the workers. The demolition and protection, abandonment and utilization of industrial heritage have become the focus of controversy. Nanjing is one of the first 24 famous historical and cultural cities, and it is also an important industrial city in China. In order to further improve the environmental quality of the main urban area and implement "environmental protection relocation" to the enterprises with hidden dangers of environmental pollution, a large number of industrial heritage faces a serious crisis. Similar problems will also be encountered in other cities, exploring the protection and reuse of industrial heritage can also provide reference for the optimization of industrial heritage in other regions. The first three chapters of this paper combed the domestic and foreign industrial heritage conservation and reuse research trends, related theories and cases, from the overall protection, dynamic protection, adaptive reuse and cultural landscape reconstruction four aspects of experience summarized. The fourth chapter analyzes the general situation of Nanjing industrial heritage, its protection and reuse, and obtains the basic data of the capital power plant, Jinling machine manufacturing bureau and Jiangnan bell-making factory by questionnaire and field investigation. The fifth chapter constructs the evaluation index system of industrial heritage protection and reuse in Nanjing, and carries on quantitative calculation with AHP and fuzzy mathematics evaluation method. The order of importance of the five criterion factors is: cultural connotation 0.46, economic use 0.21 environmental features 019 social influence 0.08 aesthetic art 0.06, finally the Jinling Machine Manufacturing Bureau 4.43 Jiangnan Bell making Plant 3.97 Republic Capital Power Plant 2.59, these three Each industrial heritage has a score of more than 2, indicating that culture is taken into account. The balance of society, ecology, economy and aesthetics has achieved good results, but there are great differences between them. The advantages and disadvantages of the three are analyzed and the reasons for the differences are analyzed. The sixth chapter analyzes the three industrial heritage conservation and reuse techniques and the shortcomings, and gives targeted suggestions. Suggestions for the future development of the protection and reuse of industrial heritage in Nanjing are put forward in order to provide reference for the protection and reuse of industrial heritage in the new period. Finally, the research results of this paper are summarized and prospected.
