建筑策划预评价中的空间句法量化分析研究

【摘要】：建筑策划是建筑立项之后,建筑设计之前的一个重要环节,其目的是保证建筑设计至交付使用后能够高效、顺利地运营。建筑策划中的预评价,则是策划结果客观合理的重要保障。但随着建筑项目复杂的的增加和使用者对建筑需求的愈发苛刻,建筑策划中需要解决的问题也变得日益复杂。当这种复杂度超越人的认知后,则需要借助计算机工具甚至模糊数学等理论进行辅助决策。但同时,建筑难以定量研究的特点又限制了人机合作在建筑策划中可发挥的作用。本次研究试图将空间句法中的若干原理引入建筑策划中的预评价环节,从而构建出一套主要针对空间的量化评价流程。文章共分为两部分,在第一部分的理论环节中,本文首先论述了空间句法的一般原理,并对其和建筑策划结合的可行性进行了分析;而后对空间句法的若干环节进行修正,以满足量化评价的需要;最后结合预评价的一般操作框架,构建基于空间句法的量化评价流程。第二部分为案例操作,结合某一案例对理论框架进行检验。本文为国家自然科学基金资助项目“模糊决策理论背景下的建筑策划方法学研究”的子课题。
[Abstract]:Architectural planning is an important link before the architectural design after the construction project has been established. Its purpose is to ensure the efficient and smooth operation of the architectural design until it is put into use. The pre-evaluation of architectural planning is an important guarantee of objective and reasonable planning results. However, with the increasing complexity of construction projects and the increasingly demanding requirements of users, the problems that need to be solved in architectural planning become more and more complex. When this complexity exceeds human cognition, it needs computer tools or even fuzzy mathematics to assist decision making. But at the same time, the characteristics of difficult quantitative research limit the role of man-machine cooperation in architectural planning. This study attempts to introduce some principles of space syntax into the pre-evaluation process of architectural planning, and thus construct a set of quantitative evaluation flow mainly aimed at space. The article is divided into two parts. In the first part of the theoretical link, this paper first discusses the general principles of space syntax, and analyzes the feasibility of combining it with architectural planning, and then modifies some links of space syntax. In order to meet the needs of quantitative evaluation, combined with the general operational framework of pre-evaluation, the quantitative evaluation process based on spatial syntax is constructed. The second part is case operation, combined with a case to test the theoretical framework. This paper is a subproject of the project supported by the National Natural Science Foundation, "the Methodology of Architectural Planning under the background of Fuzzy decision Theory".
