基于BIM的施工作业时间估计方法研究

【摘要】:进度计划作为建设项目三大管理之一进度管理的首要任务,其合理与否对项目有重大影响。传统施工项目进度计划的编制多由具有多年工作经验的计划编制人员来完成,尤其大型复杂项目,其进度计划编制对实践经验的依赖性更大,如此使得计划编制过程带有较大的主观性,增大了编制结果的不确定性,削弱了施工进度计划的指导作用。施工进度计划编制的主要任务包括工作结构分解、逻辑关系分析确定与作业时间估计等三个部分,将BIM技术与作业时间估计相结合,进行基于BIM的作业时间估计方法的研究,有助于提高作业持续时间及项目工期的准确性,增强进度计划现场指导作用,具有重要的现实意义。本文采用文献查阅、推理分析等方法,对BIM技术、进度计划编制、施工作业持续时间估计、IFC标准等进行研究。文章首先对传统的进度计划编制方法及其过程进行分析,总结了作业时间估计所需要的资料与数据,分析整理了企业历史项目数据及其作用,并确定了施工定额各消耗量(人工、材料、机械)的确定流程、技术手段、涉及部门及信息资料;其次研究了基于IFC的BIM体系结构及信息描述与关联机制,重点进行了进度管理领域作业时间估计方面IFC实体的扩展,并研究了基于BIM的作业时间相关信息的提取与集成机制,确定了作业时间估计子模型的数据提取流程与集成流程;最后在前文研究基础上,进行了基于BIM的作业时间估计系统的设计,主要设计了BQEED系统与CBRED系统,进行了详细的系统架构、运行流程及界面设计,以及CBRED系统案例知识库基于XML的案例内容集和案例结构XML文件设计,为实现作业时间估计提供途径,帮助修正企业施工定额,提高作业时间估计的准确度与进度计划编制水平,增强企业竞争力。
[Abstract]:As one of the most important tasks of construction project management, progress plan has a significant impact on the project whether it is reasonable or not. The preparation of the traditional construction project schedule is mostly done by the planner who has many years of work experience, especially for the large and complex project, whose progress plan is more dependent on the practical experience. This makes the process of planning more subjective, increases the uncertainty of the preparation results, and weakens the guiding role of the construction schedule plan. The main tasks of construction schedule planning include work structure decomposition, logic relation analysis and operation time estimation, combining BIM technology with job time estimation, and then studying the method of job time estimation based on BIM. It is helpful to improve the accuracy of work duration and project duration, and enhance the site guidance of schedule planning, which has important practical significance. In this paper, BIM technology, schedule planning and construction duration estimation are studied by means of literature review, reasoning analysis and so on. Firstly, the paper analyzes the traditional schedule planning method and its process, summarizes the information and data needed to estimate the job time, and analyzes and collates the enterprise history project data and its function. And determine the construction quota consumption (manual, material, mechanical) of the determination process, technical means, involving departments and information materials. Secondly, the BIM architecture based on IFC and information description and correlation mechanism are studied. This paper focuses on the extension of IFC entities in job time estimation in the field of schedule management, studies the extraction and integration mechanism of job time related information based on BIM, and determines the data extraction process and integration flow of the job time estimation sub-model. Finally, on the basis of the previous research, the paper designs the job time estimation system based on BIM, mainly designs the BQEED system and CBRED system, carries on the detailed system architecture, the running process and the interface design. The case knowledge base of CBRED system is designed based on the case content set and case structure XML file of XML, which provides a way to realize job time estimation, helps to revise the construction quota of enterprises, and improves the accuracy of job time estimation and the level of schedule planning. Enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
