地下综合体的平战结合设计研究

【摘要】:当前,城市发展面临新的挑战和机遇。首先,在错综复杂的世界形势下,战争的威胁依然存在,特别是在核威慑背景下的以空袭为主的现代战争模式,时刻威胁着人民生命财产安全,因此必须加强人防工程建设,提高城市的防护能力;其次,在城市环境日益恶化,城市空间拥挤不堪的现状下,开发利用城市地下空间已经成为实现城市可持续发展的必由之路,其中以地下综合体的综合效益较高,发展速度很快。因此,通过地下综合体的平战结合设计,将人防工程建设与地下综合体建设有机融合,既有利于人防工程建设、国防力量的增强,又有利于城市的可持续发展,充分发挥战备效益、经济效益和社会效益,维持城市安全、有序、高效的运转。本论文选择地下综合体的平战结合设计作为研究课题,在城市地下空间开发利用蓬勃发展与人防工程建设以“平战结合”设计为指导方针的背景下,从城市可持续发展的高度,系统的论述了平战结合地下综合体的发展演变和设计特点。对地下综合体的实例进行调研分析,广泛搜集资料,整理归纳,并从功能、空间、交通、出入口设计、防火设计、平战功能转换措施等六个方面展开讨论,建立一个相对系统全面的研究框架。第一章,介绍课题研究的背景和相关概念涵义以及发展综述,基于我国城市面临的现代战争威胁和城市问题的挑战,梳理人防工程建设、城市地下空间开发利用、地下综合体建设和地下综合体的平战结合设计建设的逻辑脉络,分析地下综合体的平战结合设计研究的可行性和必要性。第二章选取地下综合体的实例,主要是南京市大行宫地下综合体和新街口地区地下综合体的实例,从功能和空间设计、防火疏散和平战转换措施等方面分析研究,从中发现平战结合设计的经验和方法,矛盾和问题。第三章,整理归纳相关设计策略和方法,从功能、空间、交通、出入口、防火设计、平战转换措施六个方面展开讨论,建立地下综合体的平战结合设计的研究框架,探索地下综合体的社会效益、经济效益与战备效益的结合点。第四章,总结论文的结论,提出建议,展望未来发展趋势并指出日后仍需完善的研究方向。
[Abstract]:At present, urban development is facing new challenges and opportunities. First of all, under the complicated world situation, the threat of war still exists, especially in the context of nuclear deterrence, the modern mode of war with air strikes as the main threat to the safety of people's lives and property at all times. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the construction of civil air defense projects. Secondly, under the condition of deteriorating urban environment and overcrowded urban space, the development and utilization of urban underground space has become the only way to realize the sustainable development of the city. Among them, the comprehensive benefit of underground complex is higher and the speed of development is fast. Therefore, the combination of civil air defense engineering construction and underground complex construction through the combination of peacetime and wartime design of underground complex is not only conducive to civil air defense engineering construction, national defense strength enhancement, but also conducive to the sustainable development of the city. Give full play to operational readiness, economic and social benefits, and maintain a safe, orderly and efficient operation of the city. This paper chooses the combination design of the underground complex as the research subject, under the background of the vigorous development of the urban underground space development and civil air defense engineering construction with the "combination of peacetime and war" design as the guiding principle, from the height of the sustainable development of the city. The development, evolution and design characteristics of the underground complex combined with peacetime and war are discussed systematically. Through investigation and analysis of examples of underground complex, extensive collection of data, arrangement and induction, and discussion from six aspects, such as function, space, traffic, entrance and exit design, fire prevention design, function conversion measures for peacetime and combat, etc. To establish a relatively systematic and comprehensive research framework. The first chapter introduces the background of the research, the concept and the development of the research. Based on the threat of modern war and the challenge of urban problems, the civil air defense engineering construction, the development and utilization of urban underground space are combed. This paper analyzes the feasibility and necessity of the design and research on the combination of peacetime and wartime design of underground complex. In the second chapter, the examples of underground complex are selected, which are mainly the examples of the underground complex of Daxinggong in Nanjing and the underground complex in Xinjiekou area. It is analyzed and studied from the aspects of function and space design, fire prevention, evacuation and peaceful combat conversion measures, etc. Find out the experience and methods, contradictions and problems in the design. In the third chapter, the related design strategies and methods are summarized and discussed from six aspects: function, space, traffic, entrance and exit, fire prevention design, peacetime and wartime conversion measures, and the research framework of the combination of peacetime and wartime design of underground complex is established. To explore the social benefit of underground complex, the combination of economic benefit and combat readiness benefit. Chapter four summarizes the conclusion of the paper, puts forward some suggestions, looks forward to the future development trend and points out the research direction that still needs to be perfected in the future.
