基于BIM技术深基坑工程信息化施工管理平台研究

【摘要】:目前,周边环境及地质条件复杂的深、大基坑工程越来越多,深基坑事故多发,施工风险高。根据相关统计,设计和施工原因引起的基坑工程事故比例超过百分之八十,必须充分利用基坑施工过程中各种信息进行综合分析,及时采取措施以避免事故。BIM技术能够高效利用信息,可以利用BIM技术进行信息化施工。使用Revit与Civil 3D共同建模,可以将基坑支护体系与地质分层情况整合至BIM模型中,根据基坑开挖不断揭示的土层信息对模型的地质情况进行即时更新,并可利用有限元软件计算基坑的实时稳定性,进行动态设计,同时将监测信息导入管理系统中,采用统计学、有限元反分析等数值方法及时对基坑安全状况进行评估,加强对突发事故的预防措施。基于BIM技术的基坑信息化施工方法可以很大程度地提高信息的利用率。在此基础上设计了在基坑工程施工期内使用基于BIM技术的基坑工程信息化施工管理平台,介绍了该平台的工作流程与基本架构,优化设计了的监测系统可视化功能。将BIM技术应用到实际工程中。结果表明,BIM技术对基坑设计提供了支持,并指导了基坑工程的模拟施工,效果良好。
[Abstract]:At present, the surrounding environment and geological conditions are complex, large foundation pit engineering is more and more, deep foundation pit accidents are frequent, construction risk is high. According to the relevant statistics, the proportion of foundation pit accidents caused by design and construction is more than 80%. It is necessary to make full use of all kinds of information in the process of foundation pit construction for comprehensive analysis. Timely measures are taken to avoid accidents. BIM technology can make use of information efficiently and BIM technology can be used for information construction. With the help of Revit and Civil 3D modeling, the foundation pit support system and geological stratification can be integrated into the BIM model, and the geological conditions of the model can be updated immediately according to the soil information continuously revealed by the excavation of the foundation pit. The real-time stability of foundation pit can be calculated by finite element software, and the dynamic design can be carried out. At the same time, the monitoring information is introduced into the management system, and the safety status of foundation pit is evaluated in time by using the numerical methods such as statistics and finite element back analysis. Strengthen the preventive measures against sudden accidents. The information-based construction method of foundation pit based on BIM technology can greatly improve the utilization rate of information. On this basis, a foundation pit engineering information construction management platform based on BIM technology is designed during the foundation pit construction period. The work flow and basic structure of the platform are introduced, and the visual function of the monitoring system is optimized. The BIM technology is applied to practical engineering. The results show that BIM technology provides support for foundation pit design and instructs the simulation construction of foundation pit engineering, and the effect is good.
