基于城市修补理念的工业遗产保护与利用探索——以铁西区卫工明渠沿线规划与实践为例

【摘要】：研究提出在工业遗产保护利用中融入城市修补的规划理念,提倡文脉修复,历史传承;织补城市,活力再造。结合沈阳市铁西区卫工明渠沿线工业遗产总体与典型案例保护利用的实践,提出在文脉修复整体保护思路下,通过对城市功能、人群以及特色空间的织补实现城市更新。最后总结了沈阳工业遗产保护与利用的经验和存在问题,提出了发展建议。
[Abstract]:This paper puts forward the planning idea of urban mending in the protection and utilization of industrial heritage, advocates the restoration of context, the historical inheritance, the weaving of cities, and the reconstruction of vitality. Combined with the practice of protection and utilization of the industrial heritage along the open channel of Tiexi District, Shenyang City, this paper puts forward that the urban renewal can be realized through the mending of urban function, crowd and special space under the overall protection of context restoration. Finally, the paper summarizes the experience and existing problems in the protection and utilization of Shenyang industrial heritage, and puts forward some suggestions for development.
