河北省县域商业网点规划分析与方案设计

【摘要】：随着社会经济的发展,县域商业网点逐步走向城市化的道路,县域商业网点的规划成为满足城镇居民日益增长的消费水平、改善生活环境、拉动整体经济的关键。本文的研究目的在于设计适合河北省县域商业网点的规划方案,建立灰色关联匹配模型,辅助商业网点的区位选择,实现商业网点的合理规划,结合实际案例对方案的操作进行演示,验证方案的可行性。首先,从研究背景和研究意义入手,阐述县域商业网点规划的重要性和必要性。对商业网点的影响因素、商业网点布局、商业网点中心等级划分等国内外研究现状进行梳理,总结现有商业网点规划方面的优点和不足。其次,对商业网点、灰色关联的相关基础知识进行详细阐述,奠定本文的理论基础。为提出合理的河北省县域商业网点规划方案,运用聚类分析法对河北省县(市)的经济发展水平划分等级,分析出河北省县域商业网点发展现状,根据现状找出网点规划的影响因素,并对商业网点规划方案设计提出新的思路。再次,在县域商业网点发展现状和影响因素的基础之上,提出县域商业网点规划方案,并在方案中引入灰色关联匹配模型,通过灰色关联和欧氏距离方法解决选址的不确定性问题。最后,从局部规划出发,利用灰色关联匹配模型实现对县域商业中心、区域商业中心、社区商业和商业街的布局规划,演示方案实施的过程,验证方案的可行性。
[Abstract]:With the development of the social economy, the county commercial network gradually moves towards the road of urbanization. The planning of the county commercial network has become the key to meet the increasing consumption level of the urban residents, improve the living environment and pull the whole economy. The purpose of this paper is to design a plan suitable for the county commercial network in Hebei province and establish a grey system. The correlation matching model, auxiliary business network location selection, the realization of the reasonable planning of commercial network, the demonstration of the operation of the scheme combined with the actual cases, to verify the feasibility of the scheme. First, starting with the research background and research significance, this paper expounds the importance and necessity of the county business network planning. Network layout, commercial network center grade division and other domestic and foreign research status, summarize the advantages and disadvantages of existing commercial network planning. Secondly, the basic knowledge of commercial network, grey related related basic knowledge are elaborated, and the theoretical basis of this paper is laid, and a reasonable plan for Hebei County commercial network planning is put forward. Using cluster analysis method to classify the level of economic development in Hebei county (city), analyze the development status of County commercial network in Hebei Province, find out the influencing factors of network planning according to the present situation, and put forward new ideas for the design of commercial network planning scheme. In the county business network planning scheme, the grey relational matching model is introduced in the scheme, and the uncertainty of the location is solved through the grey correlation and Euclidean distance method. Finally, the layout of the county business center, the regional commercial center, the community business and the commercial street is implemented by the grey correlation matching model. Show the implementation process of the scheme to verify the feasibility of the scheme.
