钢纤维混凝土浇筑模拟及纤维分布取向探究

【摘要】：钢纤维混凝土构件的受力性能与其内部纤维的分布形态有根本联系,研究钢纤维在混凝土浇筑过程中的运动及其最终分布形态十分有意义。本文通过MATLAB自编程序调用ANSYS CFX提出了一种新的模拟钢纤维混凝土浇筑过程中纤维运动的方法。利用此方法模拟了一根梁的浇筑过程,通过模拟结果与实验结果的对比,证明模拟方法适用有效。进而通过改变浇筑入口位置来研究浇筑参数的变化对梁内钢纤维分布及取向的影响,总结钢纤维分布形态随浇筑参数改变的变化规律,为实验及实际工程提供有意义的借鉴。
[Abstract]:The mechanical behavior of steel fiber reinforced concrete members is fundamentally related to the internal fiber distribution, so it is of great significance to study the movement and final distribution of steel fibers in the process of concrete pouring. In this paper, a new method of simulating the movement of steel fiber concrete during pouring is proposed by calling ANSYS CFX through MATLAB program. This method is used to simulate the pouring process of a beam. The comparison between the simulation results and the experimental results shows that the simulation method is effective. Furthermore, the influence of pouring parameters on the distribution and orientation of steel fiber in beam is studied by changing the position of pouring inlet, and the variation law of steel fiber distribution with pouring parameters is summarized, which provides a useful reference for experiment and practical engineering.
