基于游客寻路行为的景区导向标识系统评价研究

【摘要】:近年来,我国旅游业发展迅速,旅游度假已经成为人们日常生活中不可或缺的一部分。景区导向标识系统作为景区基础服务设施中重要的组成部分,在引导游客路径规划、提升游客游玩体验有不可忽视的作用,所以对景区导向标识系统的研究具有重要实际意义。目前,关于导向标识系统的研究多集中在要素设计、系统规划方面,而对导向标识系统的评价研究较少,且大部分是从人体工程学、环境学的角度出发,在一定程度上忽视了游客最根本的寻路需求,定性评价较多,定量研究较少,并且国家及各地方政府关于景区导向标识系统现行评价标准的界定模糊,可操作性较差。因此,本文从游客寻路行为出发,针对目前景区导向标识系统评价的问题开展了研究,以构建一套合理的定量评价指标体系。本文的主要研究内容与成果包括:(1)系统分析总结了导向标识系统、游客寻路行为、游览规划路线三方面的理论研究。分析了导向标识系统的定义、分类及设置原则,阐述了寻路的起源、定义及其影响因素,研究了导向标识系统设置和寻路行为之间的关系。通过论述游客旅游线路的定义、空间模式及影响其空间选择的因素,对旅游线路和寻路行为之间的关系进行了分析,为后面的建模和寻路实验奠定了理论基础。(2)通过调查问卷,总结了游客寻路行为特性。从寻路过程出发,对游客及导向标识进行抽象,构建游客对导向标识的认知库,以及和导向标识系统相互作用的移动行为规则库,进而根据寻路行为和导向标识的相互作用关系,构建了游客寻路行为模型,该模型是评价导向标识的核心。按照寻路过程,游客寻路行为模型被划分为信息感知阶段、路径规划阶段、行为移动阶段,并分别进行了描述。(3)分析游客规划游览路线的影响因素,建立规划路线生成算法,随机生成游客规划线路。在此基础上,从游览需求和非游览需求两个方面,实现了基于规划路线的游客综合寻路算法。另外,根据导向标识系统和寻路行为之间的关系,从提高游客空间认知和寻路效率的角度,构建了基于游客寻路行为的点、线、面三个层次的导向标识系统评价指标体系。最后,以明孝陵景区为例,对景区中的导向标识系统进行评价分析,并根据评价结果提出合理的优化建议。研究结果表明,该评价方法有效,提出的指标体系能合理的评价现有导向标识系统,对其空间布局、内容等设置提出了相应的优化建议,改善了游客的游玩体验。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's tourism industry has developed rapidly, tourism vacation has become an indispensable part of people's daily life. As an important part of the basic service facilities, the scenic spot guidance marking system plays an important role in guiding the tourist path planning and improving the tourist experience. So the research on the scenic spot guidance marking system has important practical significance. At present, the research on guided marking system is mostly focused on the design of elements and system planning, but the research on evaluation of guided marking system is less, and most of them are from the angle of ergonomics and environmental science. To some extent, the most fundamental needs of tourists are ignored, the qualitative evaluation is more, the quantitative research is less, and the definition of the current evaluation standard of the scenic spot guidance marking system is fuzzy, and the operability is poor. Therefore, based on the tourists' road finding behavior, this paper studies the evaluation of scenic spot guidance marking system in order to construct a set of reasonable quantitative evaluation index system. The main research contents and achievements of this paper include: 1) systematic analysis and summary of three aspects of the guided sign system, the behavior of tourists seeking the road, and the tour planning route. This paper analyzes the definition, classification and setting principle of the guided marking system, expounds the origin, definition and influencing factors of the guided marking system, and studies the relationship between the setting of the guided marking system and the routing behavior. By discussing the definition of tourist tour route, spatial mode and the factors that influence its spatial choice, this paper analyzes the relationship between tourist route and route finding behavior, which lays a theoretical foundation for the later modeling and route finding experiment. The characteristics of tourists' seeking behavior are summarized. Based on the route finding process, this paper abstracts the tourists and their guiding signs, and constructs the cognitive library of the tourists' guiding signs, and the mobile behavior rules library which interacts with the guided marking system. Then, according to the interaction relationship between the road finding behavior and the guide sign, the model of the tourist route finding behavior is constructed, which is the core of the evaluation of the guide sign. According to the route finding process, the behavior model is divided into three stages: information perception stage, path planning stage, behavior moving stage. Random generation of tourist planning routes. On this basis, the comprehensive route finding algorithm based on planning route is realized from two aspects of tour demand and non-tour demand. In addition, according to the relationship between the guidance marking system and the road finding behavior, from the angle of improving the tourists' spatial cognition and route finding efficiency, the evaluation index system of the guided marking system is constructed based on the point, line and surface of the tourists' road finding behavior. Finally, taking the Ming Xiao Mausoleum Scenic area as an example, this paper evaluates and analyzes the guiding marking system in the scenic spot, and puts forward reasonable optimization suggestions according to the evaluation results. The results show that the evaluation method is effective, the proposed index system can reasonably evaluate the existing guidance marking system, and the corresponding optimization suggestions for its spatial layout, content and other settings are put forward, which can improve the visitors' play experience.
