当代微住宅设计与建造研究

【摘要】:针对地球环境生态危机,人类对建筑规模的无止境追求以及信息网络时代人类生活与工作方式的变化。本课题从宏观环境系统出发,反思人类居住状态与自然生态系统的关系,从生态设计观的视角,探讨住宅的微型化发展趋势,试图探讨当代语境下恢复地球生态平衡的微住宅机制,以批判性的视野重新反思与审视传统惯性的人类建造行为与自然的关系,探讨建筑学科潜在的发展方向。研究始于微住宅概念、规模与特征的定位,进而从历史演变的视角分析微住宅从远古棚屋到当代微型之家隐与显的发展进程,以及不同时期微住宅所扮演的角色。论文主体部分试图以“环境、空间、界面、建造”四个关键词展开论证:在环境层面,探讨微住宅与各种不同环境的关系,如自然环境与城市环境,进而从地理与气候特征进一步阐述微住宅与具体环境之间的关联性;在空间操作层面,对微空间的高效性、多义性与开放性进行了详尽的论述,并分别从人类生活世界、建筑现象学的视角在剖面化空间组织、空间与身体性、群体空间组合等方面进行设计方法层面的求解;在界面设计层面,结合当代产品设计、制造业的最新发展趋势,分别从复合功能界面、界面转换设计、材料性能分析三方面论述界面生成方法;在建造层面,从系统工程视角出发,进行设计与建造一体化研究,并运用模块化组织与并行工程原理对微住宅生成逻辑进行了有效的梳理与阐述。课题的最后部分,重点对微住宅的设计策略进行了探讨,强调建筑创作主体多维视野下的系统性运作,并从生态设计、协同设计与公共政策设计三个方面进行阐述。论文创新性成果体现如下:首先,从建筑、人、环境三者的关系出发叙述了微住宅的研究意义与未来发展趋向,提出了符合当代人类健康生活方式、基于生态学视野的微住宅设计理念;其次,通过对微住宅进行量化研究与特征分析,基于反思传统建筑体系、总结与提炼,在大量案例分析、实证研究的基础上建立了微住宅设计与建造体系;第三,基于信息时代环境认知、技术进步与社会运行模式,构建了与生态环境相协调,符合可持续发展的微住宅设计策略。
[Abstract]:In view of the environmental and ecological crisis of the earth, the endless pursuit of the scale of architecture and the change of human life and working style in the era of information network. Starting from the macro environment system, this subject reflects on the relationship between human living state and natural ecosystem, and discusses the development trend of residential miniaturization from the perspective of ecological design. This paper attempts to probe into the mechanism of micro-residence in the contemporary context of restoring the ecological balance of the earth, to rethink and examine the relationship between the traditional inertia of human construction behavior and nature from a critical perspective, and to explore the potential development direction of the subject of architecture. The research begins with the concept, scale and characteristic of micro-residence, and then from the perspective of historical evolution, analyzes the development process of micro-house from ancient shack to contemporary micro-house, and the role of micro-house in different periods. In the main part of the thesis, the author tries to discuss the relationship between micro-residence and various environments, such as natural environment and urban environment, with four key words "environment, space, interface and construction". Furthermore, from the geographical and climatic characteristics, the relationship between micro-residence and specific environment is further elaborated, and the efficiency, polysemy and openness of micro-space are discussed in detail at the level of space operation, and respectively from the world of human life. From the perspective of architectural phenomenology, the design method level is solved in the aspects of sectional spatial organization, space and body, group space combination, etc. At the interface design level, the latest development trend of manufacturing industry is combined with contemporary product design. The methods of interface generation are discussed from three aspects: composite functional interface, interface conversion design and material performance analysis, and the integration of design and construction is studied from the view of system engineering. Using the principle of modular organization and concurrent engineering, the logic of micro-residence generation is effectively combed and expounded. In the last part of the thesis, the design strategy of micro-residence is discussed, emphasizing the systematic operation of architectural creative subject in multi-dimensional view, and expounding from three aspects of ecological design, collaborative design and public policy design. The innovative achievements of this paper are as follows: firstly, from the relationship among architecture, people and environment, this paper narrates the research significance and future development trend of micro-residence, and puts forward that it is in line with the healthy way of life of contemporary human beings. The concept of micro-house design based on ecological vision; secondly, through the quantitative research and characteristic analysis of micro-residence, based on the reflection of the traditional architectural system, summary and extraction, in a large number of cases analysis, Based on the empirical research, the design and construction system of micro-residence is established. Thirdly, based on the environmental cognition of the information age, the technological progress and the social operation mode, the micro-house design strategy which is in harmony with the ecological environment and accords with the sustainable development is constructed.
