居住区慢行系统中的景观环境设计优化方法研究

【摘要】:随着人民生活水平与审美需求的不断提高,居民对居住条件的需求也从对住宅面积的盲目追求逐步转换为对优质居住环境品质的高度关注。“人本主义”的回归和可持续交通理论的发展,体现了社会现阶段倡导健康、绿色的慢行交通,慢行系统的发展成为城市交通发展的重要环节。居住区作为居民慢行出行的首要场所,景观环境决定着慢行空间品质的优劣,通过提出居住区慢行系统中的景观环境设计优化方法,对提升居住区环境品质有着重要的现实意义。本文以伦敦格林威治千年村生态住区和上海逸仙华庭住区景观设计为例,解读这些成功案例在构建慢行系统景观环境中取得的成果,并通过实地调研案例分析,归纳出目前我国居住区慢行系统中的景观环境设计方面所存在的实际问题。通过分析城市慢行系统建设的时代背景,以及国内外研究成果和研究动态,指出慢行系统中景观环境设计的必要性。综合考虑居住区慢行系统中的景观环境各要素,结合城市规划交通学、环境行为学、景观美学、需求层次理论,从整体出发分析慢行行为,慢行者的需求及慢行空间特征与序列,更好的为构建慢行系统景观环境提供理论依据。基于对我国居住区慢行系统中景观环境存在的问题,结合相关理论知识的研究与分析,遵循居住区慢行系统中的景观环境设计原则,系统性地提出慢行空间景观的优化策略,并从道路、绿化、水体、硬质铺装、景观小品、服务设施、无障碍设计七个方面总结居住区慢行系统中的景观环境设计方法,系统科学的完善居住区的景观环境。最后,结合汉中市丰辉龙庭园修建性详细规划进行项目实践研究,验证并应用慢行系统景观环境设计优化方法。并期待课题的研究对于居住区景观设计有所启发,对慢行系统环境建设起到更积极的作用。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of people's living standard and aesthetic demand, the demand of residents' living conditions is gradually converted from the blind pursuit of residential area to the quality of high quality living environment. The return of humanism and the development of sustainable transportation theory reflect the healthy and green traffic of the society at the present stage. The development of slow system has become an important link in the development of urban traffic. As the primary place for the residents to travel slowly, the landscape environment determines the quality of the slow travel space. By putting forward the optimization method of landscape environment design in the slow living area of the residential area, it is of great practical significance to improve the environment quality of the residential area. As an example of the landscape design of the village ecological residential area in the village of dagrinwich, and the landscape design of Shanghai Yat Hua court, this paper explains the achievements of these successful cases in the construction of the landscape environment of the slow line system, and summarizes the actual problems in the landscape design of the slow travel system in the residential area of our country. Analysis of the time background of urban slow down system construction, as well as the research achievements and research trends at home and abroad, points out the necessity of landscape environment design in the slow line system. Considering the various elements of landscape environment in the slow line system of the residential area, it combines urban planning, environmental behavior, landscape aesthetics and demand level theory to analyze slowly from the whole. On the basis of the research and analysis of the landscape environment in the slow travel system in the residential area of our country, according to the research and analysis of the relevant theoretical knowledge, the systematic nature of the landscape environment design principle in the slow travel system of the residential area is systematic. The optimization strategy of slow space landscape is put forward, and from seven aspects of road, greening, water body, hard paving, landscape sketches, service facilities, and barrier free design, the landscape environment design method in the slow line system of residential area is summarized, and the landscape environment of residential area is perfected scientifically. Finally, the detailed planning of the Feng Huilong garden in Hanzhoung is combined with the detailed planning. Carry on the project practice research, verify and apply the design optimization method of the slow line system landscape environment, and expect the research of the project to enlighten the landscape design of the residential area, and play a more active role in the environment construction of the slow line system.
