萍乡市海绵城市发展需求与建设思路初析

【摘要】：江西省萍乡市是全国第一批16个海绵城市试点之一。为将萍乡市建设成生态友好的海绵城市,在认真分析地理、河流、水资源、用水情况等的基础上,提出了萍乡海绵城市建设的思路及重点控制指标。萍乡市海绵城市建设主要从建筑与小区类、公园与广场类、道路管网类、河流湖泊类等项目入手,构建新型的城市低影响开发雨水系统。针对该市海绵城市建设的各类项目,制定了相应的保障、监管与考核措施。
[Abstract]:Pingxiang City, Jiangxi Province is one of the first 16 sponge cities in China. In order to build Pingxiang city into an ecologically friendly sponge city, based on the careful analysis of geography, river, water resources and water use, this paper puts forward the ideas and key control indexes for the construction of Pingxiang sponge city. The construction of sponge city in Pingxiang mainly starts with the projects of building and residential district, park and square, road pipe network, river and lake, etc., and constructs a new type of urban low impact development Rain Water system. According to the construction of sponge city in this city, the corresponding measures of guarantee, supervision and examination are made.
