【摘要】：通过对北京市超高层建筑财富中心Ⅱ期写字楼超深、超大复杂基坑工程施工中存在的具体问题进行分析,以便能够在施工中有效控制地下水位的高低,确保深基坑及周边环境在施工过程中的安全,使该工程深基坑施工顺利进行,为主体工程施工打下良好的基础。
[Abstract]:Through the analysis of the concrete problems existing in the construction of the super deep and super complex foundation pit in the second phase office building of the wealth center of the super high-rise building in Beijing, in order to effectively control the level of the groundwater level in the construction, In order to ensure the safety of deep foundation pit and its surrounding environment during construction, the construction of deep foundation pit of the project is carried out smoothly, which lays a good foundation for the construction of the main project.
