企业现浇装配预制梁斜截面抗剪性能研究

【摘要】:随着我国建筑行业突飞猛进的发展,预制装配式结构已成为施工过程中常用的生产方式。相对于传统现场浇筑混凝土方法,预制装配结构不仅可以有效的加快施工速度,缩短建设周期,提高劳动生产率,而且可以有效降低资源消耗,有助于促进我国建筑行业工厂化、产业化和城市化进程。本文为了研究企口现浇装配预制梁的抗剪性能,共设计和制作了8根钢筋混凝土梁,分别对5根简支梁和3根连续梁进行抗剪承载力试验,同时采用数值分析,从试验和模拟两方面对企口现浇装配预制梁的抗剪性能进行研究。首先,对企口现浇装配预制梁进行抗剪承载力试验,观察在两点对称集中荷载作用下装配预制梁的荷载-挠度关系、荷载-纵筋和荷载-箍筋以及荷载-混凝土应变发展规律、正截面开裂荷载、斜截面开裂荷载、极限承载力的变化情况,分析装配预制梁的裂缝延伸趋势、斜截面破坏形态、企口处新旧混凝土的连接性能和预制段长度对试验构件整体变化趋势的影响,并与整浇对比梁的力学性能进行对比分析。试验结果表明:装配预制梁与整浇对比梁具有相似的变形规律及破坏形态,并有相近的抗剪承载力。随着荷载的持续增加,企口截面刚度有所削弱,但对构件整体变形影响较小。其次,利用有限元分析软件ADINA,通过对装配预制梁的模拟,分析预制段长度对模型整体变化趋势的影响,找出企口位置的合理区域,并通过对模拟所得数据与试验数据比对分析。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the construction industry in China, prefabricated assembly structure has become a common production method in the construction process. Compared with the traditional site pouring concrete method, the precast assembly structure can not only speed up the construction speed, shorten the construction cycle, improve the labor productivity, but also effectively reduce the consumption of resources, and help to reduce the consumption of resources. In order to promote the process of industrialization, industrialization and urbanization in China's construction industry. In order to study the shear performance of prefabricated beams, 8 reinforced concrete beams were designed and made, and the shear capacity tests of 5 simple supported beams and 3 continuous beams were carried out respectively. At the same time, the numerical analysis was used to face the test and Simulation of the two parties. The shear resistance of cast-in-situ precast beams is studied. First, the shear bearing capacity test of the prefabricated beam is carried out. The load deflection relationship of the prefabricated beams under two symmetrical concentrated loads is observed. The stress of the prefabricated beams, the load longitudinal reinforcement, the load hoop and the load concrete stress change law, the cross section cracking load and the oblique section open. The crack extension of the prefabricated beam, the failure form of the oblique section, the connection property of the old and the old concrete and the length of the prefabricated section on the overall change trend of the test component are analyzed, and the mechanical properties of the contrast beam are compared with that of the contrast beam. The experimental results show that the prefabricated beam is assembled. The contrast beam has similar deformation laws and failure modes, and has similar shear bearing capacity. With the continuous increase of the load, the rigidity of the section is weakened, but it has little effect on the whole deformation of the component. Secondly, the finite element analysis software ADINA is used to simulate the prefabricated beam, and the length of the prefabricated section is analyzed as a whole. The influence of the trend of change is found, and the reasonable area of the location is found, and the simulation data are compared with the experimental data.
