基于资源脆弱性的传统村落保护发展探索——以云南腾冲市银杏村为例

【摘要】：近年来我国传统村落正面临着迅速消亡的危机,虽然国家启动了传统村落保护工作,并强化了传统村落的规划编制与指导,但目前还缺乏统一规范,规划编制的深度和科学性参差不齐,尤其是在明确保护核心资源、平衡保护与发展的关系、推进可持续的村落发展和切实的规划实施等方面尚缺乏共识。文章针对这些核心问题,引入资源脆弱性概念,从提升传统村落资源脆弱性的视角出发,定义传统村落的脆弱性及其核心要素,提出传统村落保护与发展规划的4条核心原则,并将其运用到云南省腾冲市银杏村的规划实践中,有效指导传统村落保护发展的实际工作。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's traditional villages are facing a crisis of rapid extinction. Although the state has started the protection of traditional villages and strengthened the planning and guidance of traditional villages, there is still a lack of unified norms. The depth and scientificity of planning are not uniform, especially in the aspects of clear protection of core resources, balance between protection and development, promotion of sustainable village development and practical implementation of planning, etc. Aiming at these core problems, this paper introduces the concept of resource vulnerability, from the perspective of improving the vulnerability of traditional villages, defines the vulnerability of traditional villages and its core elements, and puts forward four core principles for the protection and development planning of traditional villages. It is applied to the planning practice of Ginkgo Village in Tengchong, Yunnan Province, which can effectively guide the protection and development of traditional villages.
