冶金矿山工程模块化建造技术及力学仿真研究

【摘要】:工业化和信息化已经成为当下工程建设的热门课题,冶金矿山工程模块化建造是以其为指导思想,探索的新型建造模式。模块化建造凭借经济效益高、施工周期短的优势越来越受到冶金矿山企业重视,目前冶金矿山工程模块化建造技术稀缺和力学仿真方法不成熟是阻碍其推广的最大原因。针对以上现状,本论文将结合冶金工程的独特性,依托代表性工程开展了如下研究工作:(1)分析SINO铁矿项目的模块化建造方法,对模块化分、模块化建造过程、施工过程监测和仿真模型修正进行研究,总结可供其他冶金矿山工程参考的模块化建造流程。(2)剖析施工力学基本理论,结合模块化建造施工力学不定性和循环性特点,提出采用划分施工分析步,按照静力组合的概率极限分析的方法力学仿真模块化施工。改进现有分析方法,提出适用于冶金矿山工程模块化建造施工过程力学仿真的修正的分步建模法和修正的生死单元法,最后以流程图形式说明具体使用方法。(3)运用Abaqus和Midas/Gen有限元分析软件,对SINO主体设备的模块化建造进行了力学仿真分析。针对施工过程的特殊因素,采用放大化分析法得出了其限值,与施工过程监测相结合,保证了建造过程的安全。介绍了SINO实际建造过程和采取的构造措施,对冶金矿山工程主体设备模块化建造提出了技术性建议。(4)采用修正的分步建模法对E-House的模块化建造进行力学仿真分析,优化了原始的结构设计方案,总结了结合施工过程力学仿真的模块结构设计方法,对冶金矿山工程功能模块的模块化建造提出技术性建议。(5)总结本文研究成果,分析当前研究的局限性,为未来的研究指明方向。本文依托SINO铁矿项目,对冶金矿山工程模块化建造技术和力学仿真进行研究,取得了良好的效果,保证了工程的顺利实施,为冶金矿山工程的模块化建造提供了理论和技术依据。
[Abstract]:Industrialization and information technology have become a hot topic in current engineering construction, and the modular construction of metallurgical mine engineering is a new construction mode based on its guiding ideology. With the advantages of high economic benefit and short construction period, modular construction has been paid more and more attention by metallurgical mining enterprises. At present, the scarcity of modular construction technology and the immaturity of mechanical simulation methods in metallurgical mine engineering are the biggest reasons that hinder its popularization. In view of the above situation, this paper will combine the uniqueness of metallurgical engineering and carry out the following research work as follows: 1) analyze the modular construction method of SINO iron ore project, divide the modularization into two parts, modularize construction process, The construction process monitoring and simulation model modification are studied, and the modular construction process for other metallurgical mine engineering is summarized. The basic theory of construction mechanics is analyzed, combined with the characteristics of uncertainty and circulation of modular construction mechanics. According to the method of probability limit analysis of static combination, the modular construction of mechanical simulation is proposed. By improving the existing analytical methods, a modified step-by-step modeling method and a modified birth and death element method are proposed for the mechanical simulation of modular construction process in metallurgical mine engineering. Finally, the concrete use method is explained by flow chart. (3) using Abaqus and Midas/Gen finite element analysis software, the modularization construction of SINO main equipment is analyzed by mechanical simulation. Aiming at the special factors in the construction process, the limit value is obtained by using the amplification analysis method, which is combined with the construction process monitoring to ensure the safety of the construction process. This paper introduces the actual construction process and construction measures of SINO, and puts forward technical suggestions for modularization construction of main equipment of metallurgical mine engineering. The modified step-by-step modeling method is used to simulate and analyze the modularization construction of E-House. This paper optimizes the original structural design scheme, summarizes the modular structure design method combined with the mechanical simulation of the construction process, and puts forward some technical suggestions for the modular construction of the functional modules in metallurgical mine engineering. The limitation of current research is analyzed and the direction of future research is pointed out. Based on the SINO iron mine project, this paper studies the modular construction technology and mechanical simulation of metallurgical mine engineering, and obtains good results, which ensures the smooth implementation of the project. It provides theoretical and technical basis for modular construction of metallurgical mine engineering.
