预制装配式混凝土空心墙板结构在新农村建设中的研究与应用

【摘要】:目前,全球环境的日益恶化已经成为了一个不容忽视的问题,保护环境、提倡节能减排已成为世界各国的首要任务,同时也成为了我国的基本国策。建筑业作为我国第一大国民经济的支柱行业,同时也是碳排放量贡献最高的行业,只有发展绿色建筑,所以它必将改变传统的粗放型生产模式,我国又是一个人口大国,要解决我国十多亿人口的居住问题,只有发展建筑工业化才是我们的必经之路。同时,农村作为我国的一个重要组成部分,随着我国建设社会主义新农村工作的进一步深入加强,新农村的住宅也逐渐开始被建筑业界关注。我国新农村住宅的建设目前存在着建设任务数量巨大、现有住宅问题多的情景,而且目前建筑工业化在农村的应用几乎为零。针对农村住宅存在的诸多问题,如今,中央已经明确了在农村发展建筑工业化的发展方向。针对这个背景,论文首先通过总结目前我国新农村建筑建设中采用的结构体系以及找出其所存在的问题,同时对比当前各种预制装配式结构连接形式的优缺点,以美观实用、安全经济、方便施工为目标,能适应新农村建设发展需要,提出了一种适用于在新农村住宅中应用的新型连接结构形式:运用钢板—螺栓连接的新型预制装配式混凝土空心墙板结构,在大大减轻墙板自身重量的同时,降低了吊装、安装的施工难度。为研究这种采用钢板—螺栓连接的新型结构形式的整体抗震性能,将其与全现浇整体式空心墙板结构模型进行对比,利用有限元软件ANSYS对双层四室足尺模型进行仿真建模,然后对其加以El-Centro地震波,对其进行动力时程分析。得到了顶层角点及层间连接点的位移时程曲线,关键时刻墙板、楼板及钢板—螺栓的内力云图、变形云图,明确了在实际抗震中该结构的关键部位和薄弱环节,并对该结构的抗震性能进行了客观评价。接下来以四川某公司为新农村住宅所设计研发的预制装配式钢筋混凝土住宅“川西民居”为例,从工程的建造成本、施工进度、建筑质量等方面对钢板—螺栓连接的预制装配式混凝土空心墙板结构在新农村住宅中的可行性做出了分析,最后为进一步推广该新型预制装配结构形式在新农村住宅中的应用提出了相应的建议。
[Abstract]:At present, the worsening of the global environment has become a problem that can not be ignored. To protect the environment and promote energy saving and emission reduction has become the most important task in the world, and it has also become the basic national policy of our country. As the pillar industry of our country's largest national economy, construction industry is also the industry with the highest contribution to carbon emissions. Only green buildings can be developed, so it will certainly change the traditional extensive production mode, and China is a large country with a large population. In order to solve the housing problem of more than one billion people in China, only the development of construction industrialization is our only way. At the same time, as an important part of our country, with the further strengthening of the construction of new socialist countryside in our country, the housing in the new countryside has gradually begun to be concerned by the construction industry. At present, the construction of new rural housing in China has a huge number of construction tasks, many existing housing problems, and the current application of construction industrialization in rural areas is almost zero. In view of many problems existing in rural housing, the central government has made clear the development direction of building industrialization in rural areas. In view of this background, the paper firstly summarizes the structure system adopted in the construction of new rural buildings in our country and finds out the existing problems, and at the same time, the advantages and disadvantages of various kinds of prefabricated structural connections are compared to the advantages and disadvantages of the present prefabricated structures, so as to be beautiful and practical. Safety and economy, convenient construction as the goal, can meet the needs of the development of new rural construction, This paper presents a new type of connection structure suitable for application in new rural residential buildings: a new type of prefabricated concrete hollow wall slab structure with steel plate and bolt connection, which greatly reduces the weight of the wall board and reduces the hoisting at the same time. Construction difficulty of installation. In order to study the overall seismic behavior of this new type of structure with steel plate and bolt connection, the model is compared with the whole cast-in-place integral hollow wall slab structure model, and the two-layer four-compartment full-scale model is simulated by using the finite element software ANSYS. Then the El-Centro seismic wave is applied and the dynamic time history analysis is carried out. The displacement time history curve of the top floor corner and the interstory connection point, the internal force cloud diagram of the wall slab, floor slab and steel plate bolt at the critical moment, the deformation cloud diagram, the key position and the weak link of the structure in the actual earthquake resistance are obtained. The seismic performance of the structure is evaluated objectively. Next, take the prefabricated reinforced concrete residence "West Sichuan Folk House", which was designed and developed by a Sichuan company for a new rural residence, as an example, from the construction cost and construction schedule of the project, The feasibility of prefabricated concrete hollow wall slab structure connected with steel plate and bolt in the new rural residence is analyzed in terms of building quality. Finally, some suggestions are put forward for further popularizing the application of the new prefabricated assembly structure in the new rural residence.
