供热管网水力分区及平均温度调节法的研究

【摘要】:在我国北方地区,集中供热已得到较为广泛的应用,供热规模扩大化、供热形式多样化、供热系统智能化已经成为主要的发展趋势。随之而来的水力失调和热力失调问题也越来越复杂,成为集中供热技术发展的关键,因此对该问题作出深入研究、探索解决该问题的方法和策略就成为促进集中供热领域重中之重。本文首先基于供热管网水力和热力特性提出了适用于间接连接供热系统不同运行阶段的热网输配平衡调节方法——平均温度调节法,详细阐述了该方法的理论依据和调节流程,并以某市集中供热系统为实际案例对该方法的可行性进行了验证。其次,在原有方法基础上,对其应用范围进行了拓展性研究,提出了适用于多种不同类型复杂供热系统的平均温度调节法。对于同时包含间接连接、无混水装置直接连接、混水直接连接三种热网连接方式,同时包含散热器采暖和地板辐射采暖两种不同采暖形式热用户,以及同时包含不同采暖需求热用户的供热系统,提出各种不同组合方式下原有方法的修正方式,极大地拓宽了平均温度调节法的适用范围和调节精度。建立了含自管站的集中供热管网水力分区模式,并对水力分区的目的进行了说明。在该水力分区模式中,提出以水力相关性系数为评价指标进行水力分区,并提出以水力影响度来衡量各自管站对供热管网水力失调度的影响程度。基于热网水力分区,提出了包括水力分区的隔离措施、水力分区内自管站的隔离措施及水力分区内的自调节措施三个方面的热网输配平衡改造方案。并提出了基于水力分区和平均温度调节法的输配平衡调节策略及热网运行调节策略。
[Abstract]:In the north of China, central heating has been widely used. The scale of heating is enlarged, the form of heating is diversified, and the intelligence of heating system has become the main development trend. The subsequent problems of hydraulic and thermal imbalance are becoming more and more complex and become the key to the development of central heating technology. Exploring the methods and strategies to solve this problem has become the most important in the field of promoting central heating. In this paper, based on the hydraulic and thermodynamic characteristics of the heating network, a new method of heat transmission and distribution balance adjustment, which is suitable for the different operation stages of indirectly connected heating system, is proposed in this paper. The theoretical basis and regulation flow of this method are described in detail. The feasibility of this method is verified by taking the central heating system of a certain city as a practical case. Secondly, on the basis of the original method, the application scope of the method is studied, and the average temperature regulation method suitable for many different types of complex heating systems is put forward. For the combination of indirect connection, direct connection without mixing device, direct connection of mixing water with three kinds of heat network connection, and heat users with two different heating forms, radiator heating and floor radiation heating, At the same time, the heat supply system with different heating demand is proposed, and the modification of the original method under different combinations is put forward, which greatly widens the scope of application and the adjustment precision of the average temperature regulation method. The hydraulic partition model of central heating network with self-pipe station is established and the purpose of hydraulic partition is explained. In the hydraulic zoning model, the hydraulic correlation coefficient is taken as the evaluation index for the hydraulic zoning, and the degree of hydraulic influence is proposed to measure the degree of hydraulic maladjustment of the heating network by their respective pipe stations. Based on the hydraulic partition of heat network, the transformation scheme of heat network transmission and distribution balance is put forward in three aspects, which include the isolation measure of hydraulic partition, the isolation measure of self-pipe station in hydraulic zone and the self-regulating measure in hydraulic zone. Based on the method of hydraulic zoning and average temperature adjustment, the strategy of balance regulation of transmission and distribution and the strategy of operation regulation of heat network are put forward.
