海绵型工业园区关键技术与设计方案研究

【摘要】:工业园区是我国工业化进程中重要的建设项目之一,面积之大世界罕见。园区是否能实现低影响开发直接关系到我国基本建设可持续发展目标的实现。将工业园区建设成为海绵型工业园区是建设海绵城市的主要内容之一。工业园区的低影响开发内容主要包括透水铺装、径流蓄集、径流处理、垂直绿化和雨水利用。本文从前三个方面开展相关的技术参数的研究,并以某工业园区的设计为案例,提出海绵工业园区的设计方案。主要工作及结论如下:实验比选了混凝土透水砖、硅砂透水砖、覆膜硅砂透水砖、石子橡胶透水砖四种不同的透水铺装方式的孔隙率和渗透系数,模拟分析相应的水文效应,结果表明:透水铺装适用于暴雨频繁地区;石子橡胶透水铺装方式洪峰削减量最大、迟滞洪峰效果最长,分别达12%、15min。工业厂房屋顶雨水池的水质分析实验表明:雨水蓄水池内水质秋季最差,冬季最好;冬季水质基本符合Ⅲ类水标准,春、夏、秋的水质超出V类水标准。试验设计了一种雨水旋流分离窨井,分析了对不同粒径悬浮物、漂浮物和油类的去除效果,结果表明:悬浮物、漂浮物、油类去除率最高的流速域为:6.3 m3/h~9.5 m3/h、 6.3m3/h~11.1m3/h、7.9m3/h~12.8m3/h,去处效果可达80%、90%、80%;相同流速下,200目和100目硅藻土溶液的去除率基本相同,低于50目硅藻土溶液。以SWMM为模拟平台,应用本文研究的透水铺装、径流蓄集、窨井分离技术及文献提的屋顶绿化、生物滞留池技术,比选了某工业园区的低影响开发技术方案,提出了海绵型工业园区的设计方案,主要技术效果为:低影响开发技术对径流污染物有明显的削减效果,去除率均高于40%;在重现期10年的情况下,出流时间延迟30min,峰值削减29%,而在重现期0.5年的情况下,出流时间推迟60min,峰值削减44%。
[Abstract]:Industrial Park is one of the most important construction projects in the process of industrialization in China. Whether the park can achieve low impact development is directly related to the realization of sustainable development goal of capital construction in China. It is one of the main contents of the construction of sponge city to build an industrial park into a sponge industrial park. The low impact development of industrial park mainly includes permeable pavement, runoff accumulation, runoff treatment, vertical greening and Rain Water utilization. In this paper, the related technical parameters are studied from the first three aspects, and taking the design of a certain industrial park as an example, the design scheme of sponge industrial park is put forward. The main work and conclusions are as follows: the porosity and permeability coefficient of four different permeable paving methods, concrete permeable brick, silica sand permeable brick, coated silica sand permeable brick and stone rubber permeable brick, are compared, and the corresponding hydrological effects are simulated and analyzed. The results show that the permeable pavement is suitable for frequent heavy rain, and the stone rubber permeable pavement has the largest Hong Feng reduction and the longest hysteresis Hong Feng effect, up to 12 minutes and 15 minutes, respectively. The water quality analysis of the Rain Water pool on the roof of industrial workshop shows that the water quality in the Rain Water reservoir is the worst in autumn and the best in winter, and the water quality in winter basically accords with the class 鈪,
