用红砂岩制备加气混凝土的试验研究

【摘要】:以红砂岩为硅质原材料制备加气混凝土,分析了红砂岩细度、蒸养温度和铝粉膏掺量对加气混凝土密度和强度的影响,通过正交试验确定加气混凝土最佳配合比,并借助XRD和SEM等手段对样品进行了微观分析。结果表明,当红砂岩细度为200目筛筛余6.8%,蒸养温度为185℃,铝粉膏用量为0.1%时,其最优配合比为:红砂岩58%、水泥12%、石灰28%、石膏2%,水料比0.62。所制备的加气混凝土符合A3.5、B06级加气混凝土优等品要求,其产物主要有托贝莫来石和C-S-H凝胶,并相互穿插胶结,形成良好的空间网状结构。
[Abstract]:Taking red sandstone as silica raw material to prepare aerated concrete, the effects of fineness of red sandstone, steaming temperature and amount of aluminum paste on density and strength of aerated concrete are analyzed. The optimum mix ratio of aerated concrete is determined by orthogonal test. The microanalysis of the samples was carried out by means of XRD and SEM.
