营口市城市综合交通规划研究

【摘要】：目前,城市拥堵问题已经影响城市的发展速度,影响了工业运行、百姓出行、生活质量、空气污染等。交通拥堵严重阻碍城市健康发展,我国的城市规划往往建立在现有的城市布局基础上,没有在城市建设初期统筹规划,交通规划和城市规划没有科学结合,这样造成了城市布局不科学,道路网不完善,不能有效缓解交通压力,因此,很有必要对此项工作进行研究。本文借鉴了国内外城市发展情况,分析营口市经济发展,预测城市发展情况,尤其交通发展情况,在现有交通基础设施下结合城市交通流发展,通过打通断路,形成支路循环来缓解主干路交通压力。规划要满足城市居民正常生活、工作、学习、娱乐等出行活动的需要,兼顾文化、娱乐出行活动的需求。通过大量数据调查,结合现有交通流,科学统筹,发展快速公交、BRT、轻轨等交通方式来缓解城市交通拥堵。对营口现有渤海大街交叉口0D交通量的调查,分析人口数量及出行者特征、出行需求,通过规划城市公共交通来提高公共交通出行比例,适当减少道路使用率低的自行车及非公交机动车来解决渤海大街早、晚高峰拥堵现象。使城市公共交通布设更趋于合理、科学,是缓解交通供求矛盾的根本出路。提升公共交通作为交通出行工具的竞争力,提高公共交通运行效率和服务水平,对解决目前的交通拥挤问题具有十分重要的意义。综合交通的规划和设计不仅要符合当前城市客流量和客流分布的客观规律,而且要反映未来发展的交通变化。此外,在今后城市发展中,必须把交通因素考虑进去,统一规划,统一建设。将这次研究成果成功在营口市城市总体规划上得到初步尝试。
[Abstract]:At present, urban congestion has affected the speed of urban development, industrial operation, people travel, quality of life, air pollution and so on. Traffic congestion seriously hinders the healthy development of cities. The urban planning of our country is often based on the existing urban layout, without the overall planning in the initial stage of urban construction, and there is no scientific combination of traffic planning and urban planning. As a result, the urban layout is not scientific, the road network is not perfect, and the traffic pressure can not be effectively alleviated. Therefore, it is necessary to study this work. Based on the development of domestic and foreign cities, this paper analyzes the economic development of Yingkou City, forecasts the situation of urban development, especially the situation of traffic development, combines the development of urban traffic flow with the existing traffic infrastructure, and breaks roads by opening up roads. Form branch road circulation to relieve the traffic pressure on the main road. The planning should meet the needs of urban residents such as normal life, work, study, entertainment and other travel activities, and take into account the needs of cultural and recreational travel activities. Through a large number of data surveys, combined with the existing traffic flow, scientific coordination, the development of transit rapid transit, light rail and other transport modes to alleviate urban traffic congestion. Through the investigation of 0D traffic volume at the existing intersection of Bohai Street in Yingkou, this paper analyzes the population number, the characteristics of travelers, the travel demand, and improves the proportion of public transport travel by planning urban public transportation. Reduce the low road use of bicycles and non-bus vehicles to solve the early and late rush congestion in Bohai Street. It is the fundamental way to alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand to make the layout of urban public transport more reasonable and scientific. It is of great significance to improve the competitiveness of public transport as a means of transportation, to improve the efficiency and service level of public transport, to solve the problem of traffic congestion at present. The comprehensive traffic planning and design should not only accord with the objective law of the current urban passenger flow and passenger flow distribution, but also reflect the traffic changes in the future. In addition, in the future urban development, traffic factors must be taken into account, unified planning, unified construction. The results of this study have been preliminarily tried in Yingkou city master plan.
