徽州村镇住宅外围护结构节能设计研究

【摘要】：对徽州地区村镇近年来新建典型住宅的外围护结构关键热工参数进行计算,结果显示当地新建典型住宅不能够满足相关节能设计标准的规定。根据当地气候、资源、经济技术等条件,对典型住宅外围护结构的屋顶、外墙、外窗部位的节能技术改进进行探讨。以典型住宅为基准住宅,采用正交试验设计方法对不同外围护结构体系进行组合,运用Design Builder建筑能耗模拟软件对不同外围护结构体系组合方案的冷、热负荷分别进行模拟计算,以负荷节能值与室内平均温度两个指标综合判定不同组合体系方案的改进效果,最终确定适宜于当地村镇住宅的外围护结构组合体系优化方案。
[Abstract]:The key thermal parameters of the exterior enclosure structure of the typical residential building built in Huizhou area in recent years are calculated. The results show that the new typical residential building in Huizhou area can not meet the requirements of energy saving design standards. According to the conditions of local climate, resources, economy and technology, this paper discusses the improvement of energy saving technology on the roof, exterior wall and window of typical housing enclosure. Based on typical residential buildings, the orthogonal design method is used to combine different outer envelope structure systems, and the cold and heat loads of different exterior envelope structure systems are simulated by Design Builder building energy consumption simulation software. According to the two indexes of load energy saving and indoor average temperature, the improvement effect of different combination system schemes is evaluated, and the optimization scheme of exterior enclosure structure combination system suitable for local village and town residence is determined.
