基于BIM的紧凑住区空间形态研究

【摘要】:在新型城镇化的进程下,我国的住区建设仍部分存在粗放型模式。在追求高密度的同时,住区规划逐渐走向了从户型设计到住区整体环境的精细化设计。另一方面,全球内以BIM为代表的建筑业信息化大范围开展,并且应用越来越广泛。以此为背景,本文试图探索BIM在紧凑住区空间形态设计中的应用,以指导高密度下住区系统化和科学化的宜居设计。本文主要从以下三部分对BIM在紧凑住区中的运用进行研究:第一部分为理论研究部分,简要总结了紧凑城市和紧凑住区的概念,回顾了国内外的研究与实践历程,发现相关问题;梳理BIM的概念,分析其对紧凑住区设计的影响。在这些理论分析的基础上,提出应用BIM技术进行紧凑住区设计这一论述。第二部分为方法研究部分,首先系统介绍在紧凑住区设计中如何应用BIM技术,从设计过程的角度深入分析各个步骤中BIM的应用方法。其次依据BIM软件对理想模型进行性能模拟与评估,总结在住区空间形态设计中的紧凑布局模式,以期指导科学化的住区设计。第三部分为实践部分,以天津市壹街区为例,根据BIM评估结果进行方案优化设计,并对优化前后的模拟结果进行对比,进一步论证BIM在住区紧凑布局中的应用价值。
[Abstract]:In the process of new-type urbanization, there are still some extensive models in the construction of residential areas in our country. In the pursuit of high density, residential planning has gradually moved from the household design to the overall environment of residential design. On the other hand, the construction industry informatization, represented by BIM, is widely used in the world. Against this background, this paper attempts to explore the application of BIM in the design of compact residential space form, in order to guide the systematic and scientific livable design of residential area under high density. This paper mainly studies the application of BIM in compact residential area from the following three parts: the first part is the theoretical research part, briefly summarizes the concept of compact city and compact residential area, and reviews the research and practice at home and abroad. Find the related problems; comb the concept of BIM and analyze its impact on the design of compact residential area. On the basis of these theoretical analysis, this paper puts forward the application of BIM technology in compact residential area design. The second part is the research part of the method. Firstly, how to apply BIM technology in the design of compact residential area is introduced systematically, and the application method of BIM in each step is analyzed from the point of view of the design process. Secondly, according to the BIM software, the performance of the ideal model is simulated and evaluated, and the compact layout model in residential space form design is summarized in order to guide the scientific residential area design. The third part is the practice part, taking Tianjin first block as an example, according to the result of BIM evaluation to carry on the scheme optimization design, and carries on the comparison to the simulation result before and after the optimization, further demonstrates the application value of the BIM in the compact layout of the residential area.
