钢纤维自密实高强混凝土配合比及力学性能

【摘要】:本文主要研究钢纤维自密实高强混凝土拌和物的配合比和力学性能,主要研究内容如下:1、采用主骨架间隙体积优化填充方法进行混凝土配合比设计,探讨了人工搅拌和机械搅拌对钢纤维自密实混凝土拌制的适用性。2、进行了24个150×150×150mm标准立方体试块、52个100×100×100mm非标准立方体试块和69个150×150×300mm的标准棱柱体试块的受压试验,结果表明,在钢纤维体积率为1%时,自密实高强混凝土的立方抗压强度和轴心抗压强度可分别提高33%和34%。3、进行了9个100×100×100mm立方体试块的劈裂抗拉试验,结果表明,钢纤维体积率为1%时,自密实高强混凝土劈裂抗拉强度提高20%;自密实高强混凝土劈拉强度与抗压强度比为1/14.1,钢纤维体积率为1%的钢纤维自密实混凝土劈拉强度与抗压强度比为1/12.4。钢纤维可有效改善自密实高强混凝土破坏的脆性。4、进行了63个100×100×400mm钢纤维自密实混凝土小梁试件的试验,结果表明,自密实混凝土静力抗折强度随钢纤维体积率的增加而提高;钢纤维体积率为1.0%、1.5%和2.0%时,自密实混凝土抗折强度分别提高30%、40%和110%左右。当加入的钢纤维体积率为1.0%时,可使自密实高强混凝土的疲劳寿命提高62倍,破坏时的疲劳荷载提高27%。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the mixing ratio and mechanical properties of steel fiber self-compacting high-strength concrete are studied. The main contents are as follows: 1. The applicability of manual stirring and mechanical stirring to the mixing of steel fiber self-compacting concrete was discussed. The compression tests of 24 150 脳 150 脳 150mm standard cube blocks, 52 100 脳 100 脳 100 脳 100mm non-standard cube blocks and 69 150 脳 150 脳 150 脳 300mm standard prism specimens were carried out. When the volume ratio of steel fiber is 1, the cubic compressive strength and axial compressive strength of self-compacting high strength concrete can be increased by 33% and 34. 3 respectively. The splitting tensile tests of 9 specimens of 100 脳 100 脳 100mm cube are carried out. The results show that the volume ratio of steel fiber is 1. The splitting tensile strength of self-compacting high-strength concrete is increased by 20%, the ratio of splitting tensile strength to compressive strength of self-compacting high-strength concrete is 1 / 14.1, and the ratio of splitting tensile strength to compressive strength of steel fiber self-compacting concrete with 1% volume ratio of steel fiber is 1 / 12.4. Steel fiber can effectively improve the fracture brittleness of self-compacting high strength concrete. 63 specimens of 100 脳 100 脳 400mm steel fiber self-compacting concrete trabeculae have been tested. The results show that the static flexural strength of self-compacting concrete increases with the increase of steel fiber volume ratio. When the volume ratio of steel fiber is 1.0% and 2.0%, the flexural strength of self-compacting concrete increases by 30% and 110% respectively. When the volume ratio of steel fiber is 1.0, the fatigue life of self-compacting high-strength concrete can be increased by 62 times, and the fatigue load of self-compacting high strength concrete can be increased by 27 times.
