远程自动化供水系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:随着无线通信、数据库、嵌入式等计算机自动化控制技术的快速发展,其已经在供水企业得到了广泛地应用,提高了供水企业自动化、信息化和精细化管理水平,进一步改善了供水企业的工作质量和效率。本文基于PLC技术、无线通信技术和数据库技术实现了一个分布式的远程自动化供水系统,该系统以网络技术等为基础,可以有效的实现远程自动化供水管理的效率,保证远程自动化供水的有效利用率。本文主要工作包括以下几个方面:一是改进系统架构,传统的供水系统仅仅能够监控本地的供水设备及水源情况,尤其是水厂多处于野外,没有互联网光缆等基础通信设施,无法实现供水系统的实时监控,采用无线通信技术和C/S架构,能够通过4G无线网络接入每一个水源地的设备中,确保供水系统的实时监控与管理,并且引入C/S体系架构,改进了系统的安装、运行和实施,具有很强的优势;二是采用PLC技术进行系统设计和实现,PLC技术可以根据具体的设备运行情况,实时的调整程序参数,根据供水系统的运行状态进行程序再造,更好的满足供水系统的监控需求;三是引入远程供水警报功能,在开发系统的过程中引入了一个自动化报警系统,该系统能够根据供水系统的具体情况,实现系统报警和参数报警,能够精确定位系统故障、设备故障、RTU故障,分析系统承载的水流、压力、电压、温度等情况,以便能够实时的感知系统运行状态。远程自动化供水系统可以提高供水企业管理的工作质量和效率,并且引入并验证了现代PLC技术、无线通信、数据库技术等集成开发技术,可以进一步扩大分布式管理系统的应用范围。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of computer automation control technology, such as wireless communication, database, embedded, etc., it has been widely used in water supply enterprises, and has improved the level of automation, information and fine management of water supply enterprises. Further improved the working quality and efficiency of water supply enterprises. Based on PLC technology, wireless communication technology and database technology, a distributed remote automatic water supply system is implemented in this paper. The system is based on network technology and can effectively realize the efficiency of remote automatic water supply management. Ensure the effective utilization rate of remote automatic water supply. The main work of this paper includes the following aspects: first, improve the system architecture, the traditional water supply system can only monitor the local water supply equipment and water source situation, especially the water plants are mostly in the field, there is no basic communication facilities such as Internet optical cable, etc. It is impossible to realize the real-time monitoring of water supply system. By using wireless communication technology and C / S architecture, we can access every water source equipment through 4G wireless network, ensure the real-time monitoring and management of water supply system, and introduce the C / S architecture. It improves the installation, operation and implementation of the system, and has a strong advantage. Secondly, the system design and realization of PLC technology can adjust the program parameters in real time according to the operation of the specific equipment. According to the running state of the water supply system, the program is reconstructed to better meet the monitoring requirements of the water supply system. Thirdly, the remote water supply alarm function is introduced, and an automatic alarm system is introduced in the process of developing the system. According to the specific conditions of the water supply system, the system can realize system alarm and parameter alarm, can accurately locate system faults, equipment faults and RTU faults, and analyze the flow, pressure, voltage, temperature and so on. In order to be able to sense the system running state in real time. Remote automatic water supply system can improve the quality and efficiency of water supply enterprise management, and introduce and verify the modern PLC technology, wireless communication, database technology and other integrated development technologies. The application scope of distributed management system can be further expanded.
