集装箱式低碳建筑在临时商铺中的应用研究

【摘要】:在城市建筑设计中商业店铺占了极大的比例,是一种普遍的建筑类型。随着社会经济发展,城镇化建设速度的加快,房屋拆迁以及可移动商铺使用的兴起,需要寻求适应可移动临时商铺的要求及绿色环保的新型建筑。而随着集装箱式建筑的兴起,集装箱式低碳建筑这一全新的建筑形式出现在人们的视野中并成为炙手可热的新型建筑方向。它具有标准化、系列化、批量化、产品化等特点,灵活性大、低碳环保、经济性好以及移动方便等,逐渐成为了临时商铺优先选择的对象。本文对集装箱建筑的特点与性能进行阐述,对其应用于临时商铺的潜力进行发掘。深入研究其设计原则,分析了自身的设计与施工中的难点与条件制约。从节能技术、空间结构、人体工程学,材料分析等各方面提出一系列的解决方案,从而解决其舒适性、实用性与紧凑性的矛盾。并以单体商铺空间为例,分析其室内分区结构,探索其在临时商铺中应用的合理性。本论文一共分为六个部分。第一章叙述了课题研究的背景、目的、意义及研究方法。第二章分析了现有集装箱式建筑构造特点及应用领域,包括集装箱基本构造、建筑的特征与特性以及主要应用领域。第三章分析了应用于集装箱低碳建筑中的节能技术以及材料选择。第四章和第五章是重点章节,针对具体问题进行了分析研究。第四章重点研究了集装箱商铺空间组合形式,根据不同的用途,对集装箱建筑多空间组合方式进行分析,并针对商铺的使用特点,对集装箱商铺单体组合空间进行研究。第五章是在人体工程学的指导下,以人体静态尺寸和动态尺寸为基本数据,对单体集装箱使用空间进行分析,作为单体室内空间的设计依据,并进行室内功能布局分析。第六章指出目前集装箱商铺建筑可能存在的问题,并提出解决方案,就集装箱商铺建筑的发展动向和今后的展望做出表述。本文通过对集装箱式低碳建筑在临时商铺中的应用进行研究,以期对国内临时商铺生产企业和市场所帮助。
[Abstract]:Commercial shops account for a large proportion of urban architectural design, is a common type of architecture. With the development of social economy, the acceleration of urbanization, the rise of house demolition and mobile shops, it is necessary to find new buildings that can meet the requirements of temporary mobile shops and green environmental protection. With the rise of container architecture, low carbon container building, a new architectural form, appears in people's view and becomes a hot new architectural direction. It has the characteristics of standardization, serialization, batch, production, high flexibility, low carbon environmental protection, good economy and convenient movement, etc. It has gradually become the first choice object of temporary shops. In this paper, the characteristics and performance of container building are described, and the potential of its application in temporary shops is explored. The design principle is deeply studied, and the difficulties and conditions in the design and construction are analyzed. From the aspects of energy saving technology, space structure, ergonomics, material analysis and so on, a series of solutions are put forward to solve the contradiction between comfort, practicability and compactness. Taking the single shop space as an example, this paper analyzes the indoor partition structure and explores the rationality of its application in temporary shops. This thesis is divided into six parts. The first chapter describes the background, purpose, significance and research methods of the subject. The second chapter analyzes the characteristics and application fields of the existing container architecture, including the basic structure of the container, the characteristics and characteristics of the building, and the main application fields. The third chapter analyzes the energy saving technology and material selection used in container low-carbon building. The fourth and fifth chapters are the key chapters. The fourth chapter focuses on the container shop space combination form, according to different uses, the multi-space combination mode of container building is analyzed, and according to the characteristics of the use of the shop, the container shop monomer combination space is studied. The fifth chapter is under the guidance of ergonomics, taking the static and dynamic dimensions of human body as the basic data, the use space of the single container is analyzed as the design basis of the single indoor space, and the layout of the indoor functions is analyzed. The sixth chapter points out the possible problems existing in the container shop building at present, and puts forward the solutions to the development trend and future prospects of the container shop building. In this paper, the application of container low carbon building in temporary shops is studied, in order to help the domestic enterprises and markets of temporary shops.
