岭南水乡商业步行街区传统风貌的现代演绎

【摘要】：商业步行街是城市公共空间的重要组成部分,不仅是市民购物、娱乐、休闲、交往的场所,同时也承载着传统文化和历史记忆。在体验式消费文化下,消费者追求个性化、互动式的购物体验。这就要求现代商业步行街要有一个独具特色、富有个性的主题,充分挖掘当地的地域特点和文化内涵,以此为核心来营造丰富多样的空间体验和场景互动。对于位于岭南地区的商业步行街区来说,水乡聚落风貌是其最大的特色。岭南商业得以长时间繁荣发展,离不开岭南地区密集丰富的水网体系。独特的地理气候和文化传统,使岭南商业及商业建筑形成了区别于其他地区的形式和发展。将岭南水乡聚落风貌与商业步行街的设计结合起来,传承水乡聚落亲水依水、适应自然气候、实用为主的特点,将传统文化与现代设计有机结合,为消费者创造一个具有地域特色的消费体验。本文以基于传统岭南水乡聚落风貌的商业步行街区的设计手法为研究对象,分别从现代商业步行街区的设计理论、岭南商业的发展及特点、岭南水乡聚落的地域风貌的研究入手,分析总结出现代商业步行街的设计特点和岭南商业、水乡聚落风貌的特点,以此为基础从肌理布局、空间序列、街巷空间、建筑设计、气候适应性等方面研究将传统和现代结合起来进行设计的要点和手法,最后通过实际项目的应用,分析这些手法实际操作的可行性和可操作性。
[Abstract]:Commercial pedestrian street is an important part of urban public space. It is not only the place where citizens shop, entertainment, leisure and communicate, but also the traditional culture and historical memory. In the experiential consumption culture, consumers pursue personalized and interactive shopping experience. This requires that the modern commercial pedestrian street should have a unique and individual theme, fully excavate the local regional characteristics and cultural connotations, and take this as the core to create rich and diverse spatial experience and scene interaction. For the commercial pedestrian block in Lingnan area, waterborne settlement style is its biggest feature. Lingnan commercial development for a long time, can not be separated from the dense and rich Lingnan water network system. Unique geographical climate and cultural tradition, Lingnan commercial and commercial architecture formed a different form and development from other regions. Combining the landscape of Lingnan water village settlement with the design of commercial pedestrian street, inheriting the characteristics of water affinity, adaptation to natural climate, practicality and combination of traditional culture and modern design. For consumers to create a regional characteristics of consumption experience. This paper takes the design technique of commercial walking block based on the traditional Lingnan water village settlement style as the research object, separately from the modern commercial walk block design theory, the Lingnan commercial development and the characteristic, Starting with the study of the regional features of the Lingnan water village settlement, this paper analyzes and summarizes the design characteristics of the modern commercial pedestrian street and the characteristics of the Lingnan commercial and water village settlement, which is based on the texture layout, the space sequence, the street and lane space, and the architectural design. The main points and techniques of combining traditional and modern design methods are studied in climate adaptability. Finally, the feasibility and maneuverability of practical operation of these techniques are analyzed through the application of practical projects.
