社区复合型养老设施设计研究

【摘要】：我国人口老龄化趋势不断加深,老年人口的快速增长使得各种类型的养老机构面临巨大缺口。本文的研究对象——社区复合型养老设施,属于机构养老范畴,因其扎根于社区、贴近民众,可以承担起“社区养老”的绝大部分职能,是实现老人就地“居家养老”的有力保障。国内现有的社区养老设施普遍存在设置分散、设施设备建设水平较低、功能配置不完善等问题,而社区复合型养老设施作为一种新型的养老机构,国内还处在起步探索阶段,相关建设指导标准和成功案例几近空白。本文将尝试对社区复合型养老设施的规划和设计要求进行研究。首先,通过对日本和瑞典两个发达国家社区复合型养老设施的文献资料和案例研究,总结其发展经验和设施类型特征;其次,通过对国内一些社区养老设施的实地调研,发现问题、寻找需求;然后,通过前文国内外研究内容的梳理总结,提炼出适合我国国情的社区复合型养老设施在规划选址、功能配置、空间特征、流线组织等各方面的设计要点并加以分析,并且这些设计要点在本文最后一章的两个实践项目中均得到充分的贯彻和验证。本文的研究观点和实践成果希望可以为建筑师在今后进行社区复合型养老设施的设计实践工作时提供一定的帮助,更希望可以为养老设施的建设、运营方提供一些有益的参考价值。
[Abstract]:The aging trend of population in China is deepening, and the rapid growth of the elderly population makes various types of pension institutions face a huge gap. The research object of this paper, the community compound pension facilities, belongs to the category of institutional old-age care, because it is rooted in the community and close to the public, it can undertake most of the functions of "community old-age care". Is the realization of the elderly in place, "home pension" has the protection. There are many problems in the existing community pension facilities in China, such as scattered setting, low construction level of facilities and facilities, imperfect function configuration, and so on. As a new type of pension institution, the community compound old-age care facility is still in the initial stage of exploration. Relevant construction guidelines and success stories are almost blank. This paper will try to study the planning and design requirements of community complex pension facilities. First of all, through the literature and case study of the two developed countries, Japan and Sweden, the author summarizes the development experience and the characteristics of the facilities; secondly, through the field investigation of some community pension facilities in China, Find the problem, find the demand; then, through the previous domestic and foreign research content combing and summing up, extract the community compound endowment facilities suitable for our country's national conditions in planning location, function allocation, spatial characteristics, The design points of streamline organization and other aspects are analyzed, and these design points are fully implemented and verified in the two practical projects in the last chapter of this paper. The research viewpoint and practical results of this paper hope to provide some help for architects in the design and practice of community composite pension facilities in the future, but also for the construction of pension facilities. The operator provides some useful reference value.
