历史环境保护与再生中BIM技术应用研究

【摘要】:随着我国可持续发展战略的提出,以历史环境保护与再生为基础的城市更新越来越受到重视。在改造过程中,气候、人口密度、环境质量等因素发生巨大的改变,历史环境的保护与再生必然要与之相适应,其信息量也随着对设计要求的提高而日益增多,传统的基于CAD+GIS的信息化手段已经不能满足要求。近年来,随着信息产业技术的迅速发展,BIM技术得到推广,该技术将众多信息集成到一个可视化的三维模型当中,并进行动态的模拟与分析,为设计人员在建筑全生命周期的设计中提供精确的数据参考与交互平台。以此为背景,本文试图探索BIM技术在历史环境再生中的应用。以期为历史环境的保护与再生提供更加精细、理性的优化方案。本文主要分以下三部分对BIM技术在历史环境再生中的应用进行研究:第一部分简要总结了历史环境的概念,回顾了国内外历史环境保护实践的历程,总结归纳历史环境特色保护的内容以及历史环境再生的模式;梳理BIM技术的概念、对方案设计的影响,并从生态角度对历史环境的保护与再生与BIM的应用进行了研究。第二部分为论文的主体部分,本部分系统梳理了当前我国历史环境保护的内容和方法,分析了我国在实践过程中出现的问题。之后以历史环境保护与再生的原则为基础,引入BIM的先进技术,对以信息模型为核心的设计阶段、城市整体保护再生的角度出发的优化阶段、性能模拟的评估阶段、多信息平台协同管理的实施阶段加以详细阐述,总结出BIM技术在历史环境再生中的应用模式,以期使传统的保护方法更加科学与精细。第三部分以冀州市修复性整体设计为例,进一步论证BIM技术在历史环境中的应用。本文期望通过对历史环境再生中BIM应用相关方面的深入研究,引起更多的建筑从业人员的重视与思考,使设计师以及相关从业者能够积极利用BIM技术完善历史环境再生设计,加快BIM在历史环境再生中应用的推广,进而为我国信息化历史环境再生做出贡献。
[Abstract]:With the development of sustainable development strategy in China, urban renewal based on historical environment protection and regeneration has been paid more and more attention. In the process of transformation, the factors such as climate, population density and environmental quality have changed greatly. The protection and regeneration of historical environment must be adapted to it, and the amount of information is increasing with the improvement of design requirements. The traditional information method based on CAD GIS can not meet the requirement. In recent years, with the rapid development of information industry technology, BIM technology has been popularized. This technology integrates a lot of information into a visual three-dimensional model, and carries out dynamic simulation and analysis. It provides an accurate data reference and interactive platform for designers in the design of the whole life cycle of architecture. Against this background, this paper attempts to explore the application of BIM technology in historical environment regeneration. In order to protect and regenerate the historical environment to provide a more refined, rational optimization program. This paper is divided into the following three parts to study the application of BIM technology in the regeneration of historical environment. The first part briefly summarizes the concept of historical environment and reviews the history of historical environment protection practice at home and abroad. This paper summarizes and summarizes the contents of the protection of historical environment characteristics and the mode of historical environment regeneration, combs the concept of BIM technology, influences the scheme design, and studies the protection and regeneration of historical environment and the application of BIM from the ecological point of view. The second part is the main part of the paper. This part systematically combs the contents and methods of our country's historical environment protection, and analyzes the problems in the process of our country's practice. Then, based on the principle of historical environment protection and regeneration, the advanced technology of BIM is introduced. The design stage with information model as the core, the optimization stage with the perspective of urban whole protection and regeneration, and the stage of performance simulation evaluation are introduced. The implementation stage of multi-information platform collaborative management is described in detail, and the application mode of BIM technology in historical environment regeneration is summarized in order to make the traditional protection method more scientific and precise. In the third part, the application of BIM technology in the historical environment is further demonstrated with the example of the whole restorative design of Jizhou City. This paper hopes that through the in-depth study of the application of BIM in historical environment regeneration, more architectural practitioners will pay attention to and think about it, so that designers and relevant practitioners can actively use BIM technology to perfect the historical environment regeneration design. To speed up the application of BIM in the historical environment regeneration, and then to contribute to the historical environment regeneration of information technology in China.
