基于生存经验的城市风貌信息解读

【摘要】：城市风貌从表面上看是城市的建筑、景观及自然环境所呈现的形象问题,其实在城市风貌变化中,真正起主导作用的却是城市文化。当前,人们对城市风貌的认知大部分还停留在表象,把风貌单纯理解为“布景”,错误地把彰显地域文化的风貌等同于地域传统空间、景观、建筑等风貌因素的符号化使用,导致民族传统符号的滥用,另外,市井文化逐步消失、对传统历史街区大拆大建、历史文化景点盲目开发及城市空间格局被打乱等种种有损城市风貌的现象也时有发生。随着全球化和城市化的推进、建筑技术的进步,地域特征与城市风貌之间内在联系不再密切,城市之间同质化现象严重,城市风貌特色正在变得不断弱化。导致“布景式”风貌泛滥的原因是城市风貌研究多注重风貌的物质层面,而不是精神层面,没有正确的把握和理解城市风貌的核心内涵所在,对居民的日常生活、生存经验重视不够,还有不当的政绩观和盲目追求经济效益最大化,使得维育城市风貌的工作变得非常盲目和困难。针对城市风貌的理论研究现状和实践状况,本文通过对城市风貌的内涵、特质、生存意义及风貌的形成过程进行剖析,结合文献研究法、案例分析法、跨学科研究法和实地考察等研究方法,笔者把市民日常生活的生存经验作为城市风貌研究的出发点,探讨城市风貌与市民日常生活中积累的生存经验之间的感知关联,提出生存经验对城市风貌的重要影响和作用,探索基于生存经验的城市风貌解读的具体方法,并以长临河古镇改造为例,提出如何加入生存经验的策略和方法,为其他古镇风貌专项规划提供参考意见,同时也为城市风貌研究提供了一种新的视角和新的案例。
[Abstract]:On the surface, urban style is the image problem of city architecture, landscape and natural environment. In fact, in the change of urban style, it is the city culture that really plays the leading role. At present, most of people's cognition of urban style is still on the surface, the style and features are understood as "scenery", and the style and features showing the regional culture are wrongly equated with the symbolic use of regional traditional space, landscape, architecture and so on. It leads to the abuse of traditional national symbols, in addition, the gradual disappearance of market culture, the demolition and construction of traditional historical blocks, blind development of historical and cultural attractions and the disruption of urban spatial patterns, and other phenomena that are harmful to the city's style and features. With the development of globalization and urbanization and the progress of architectural technology, the internal relationship between regional features and urban features is no longer close, the homogeneity between cities is serious, and the characteristics of urban features are becoming increasingly weakened. The reason why the "scenery" style is overflowing is that the study of urban style pays more attention to the material aspect, not the spiritual level, and does not correctly grasp and understand the core connotation of the urban style and features, and it has a great impact on the daily life of the residents. Insufficient attention to survival experience, improper view of political achievement and blind pursuit of maximum economic benefits make the work of maintaining the style and features of the city very blind and difficult. In view of the present situation of theoretical research and practice of urban style, this paper analyzes the connotation, characteristics, survival significance and formation process of urban style and features, combined with literature research, case analysis, The author regards the living experience of the citizen's daily life as the starting point of the study of urban style and features, and probes into the perceptual connection between the urban style and the living experience accumulated in the daily life of the citizen. This paper puts forward the important influence and function of survival experience on urban style and features, probes into the concrete methods of interpreting urban style and features based on survival experience, and takes the transformation of Changlinhe ancient town as an example, and puts forward the strategies and methods of how to add survival experience. It also provides a new perspective and a new case for the study of urban style and features.
