小径木组合搁栅楼盖面内抗剪性能研究

【摘要】:轻型木结构具有施工周期短、节能环保、宜居性和抗震性能好等优点,适合于作为我国村镇地区的居民住房使用。但是受限于高昂的造价,轻型木结构难以在我国的农村地区大面积推广。我国的小径木资源十分丰富,但利用效率低下。为了挖掘小径木的工程利用价值,哈尔滨工业大学基于轻型木结构体系研发了小径木轻型木结构体系。小径木组合搁栅楼盖作为小径木轻型木结构体系中的重要抗侧力构件,其受力性能需要加以研究。本文旨在研究小径木组合搁栅楼盖面内受力性能,并探讨楼盖面内刚度对于剪力墙水平荷载分配的影响。制作了3个小径木组合搁栅楼盖试件,对试件进行了面内加载试验,分析了楼盖的面内受力性能。制作了20个覆面板钉连接试件和5个加强薄钢带钉连接试件,对试件进行了抗侧力试验,获得了试件的荷载-滑移曲线,通过对试验数据进行拟合获得了覆面板钉连接和加强薄钢带钉连接的工作曲线。利用ABAQUS建立了小径木组合搁栅楼盖有限元模型,将有限元模型的计算结果和试验结果进行了对照,验证了有限元模型的正确性。利用小径木组合搁栅楼盖有限元模型分进行了参数分析,分别研究了钉连接间距、楼盖高宽比、横撑、搁栅间距以及洞口对楼盖面内受力性能的影响。分别建立了小径木轻型木结构有限元模型,利用有限元模型分析了楼盖刚度对剪力墙水平荷载分配的影响,给出了小径木轻型木结构房屋剪力墙水平荷载分配系数的计算方法。
[Abstract]:The light wood structure has the advantages of short construction period, energy saving and environmental protection, livable property and good seismic performance, etc. It is suitable for the use of residential houses in the villages and towns of our country. However, limited by the high cost, light wood structure is difficult to be widely used in rural areas of our country. The resources of small-diameter wood are very rich in our country, but the utilization efficiency is low. In order to excavate the engineering utilization value of the small diameter wood, Harbin University of Technology developed the light wood structure system based on the light wood structure system. The composite joist floor of small diameter wood is an important lateral force resistant member in the light wood structure system of small diameter wood, and its mechanical properties need to be studied. The purpose of this paper is to study the in-plane mechanical behavior of small diameter wood composite joist floor and to discuss the influence of floor stiffness on horizontal load distribution of shear wall. The in-plane loading tests of three small diameter wood composite joist floor specimens were carried out, and the in-plane mechanical properties of the floor were analyzed. The load-slip curves of the specimens were obtained by the lateral force test of 20 steel strip fastening specimens and 5 reinforced steel strip nailing specimens, and the load-slip curves of the specimens were obtained, and the load and slip curves of the specimens were obtained, and the load slip curves of the specimens were obtained. By fitting the test data, the working curves of the laminated plate nail connection and the reinforced steel strip nail connection are obtained. The finite element model of small diameter wood composite joist floor is established by Abaqus. The calculation results of the finite element model are compared with the experimental results and the correctness of the finite element model is verified. The finite element model of small diameter wood composite joist is used to analyze the parameters, and the influence of the connection distance of nail, the ratio of height to width of floor, the transverse bracing, the spacing of joist and the opening of the tunnel on the mechanical behavior of the floor surface are studied respectively. The finite element model of light wood structure with small diameter wood is established, and the influence of floor stiffness on the horizontal load distribution of shear wall is analyzed by using the finite element model, and the calculation method of horizontal load distribution coefficient of shear wall of light wood structure building with small diameter wood is given.
