柯桥收费站大跨度罩棚钢结构设计

【摘要】:柯桥收费站大跨度罩棚采用刚架结构体系,结构由共五榀大截面实腹箱形刚架组成,刚架跨度85.1m,矢跨比约1/19,跨中高跨比为1/65,刚架柱向外倾斜11°,支承在10个抗震球铰支座上。针对罩棚结构大跨度、低矢跨比、低高跨比等特点,详细介绍了结构设计过程,并着重介绍了整体稳定性能分析、防连续倒塌分析和关键节点分析,可供同类工程设计时参考。
[Abstract]:The large span canopy of Keqiao toll station is composed of five large section solid web box frames. The span of rigid frame is 85.1 m, the ratio of rise-to-span is about 1 / 19, the ratio of middle to high span is 1 / 65, the column of rigid frame tilts outward 11 掳, and it is supported on 10 earthquake resistant spherical hinges. In view of the characteristics of large span, low rise-span ratio and low height span ratio of the canopy structure, the design process of the structure is introduced in detail, and the analysis of overall stability performance, continuous collapse prevention analysis and key node analysis are emphatically introduced, which can be used as a reference for similar engineering design.
