重庆来福士广场场地稳定性分析与评估

【摘要】:重庆来福士广场项目开发体量大、场地条件极其复杂,尤其是存在临近长江和嘉陵江的土质边坡和岩土质混合高边坡。为保证拟建建筑物和既有建筑边坡及其相关支挡构筑物的安全,重点对项目东西两侧场地在静力和地震条件下的稳定性进行了分析和评估,且在分析过程中考虑了场地稳定性与拟建主体工程的交互影响。详细介绍了场地稳定性分析的原则和方法、设计条件和内容以及相应的分析结果。结果表明,通过适当设置抗滑桩,保证了整个场地的稳定和拟建项目的安全。
[Abstract]:The development of the Lafusi Square Project in Chongqing is very large and the site conditions are extremely complex, especially the soil slope and rock-soil mixed high slope near the Yangtze River and Jialing River. In order to ensure the safety of the proposed building and the existing building slope and its related supporting structures, the stability of the sites on both sides of the project under static and seismic conditions is analyzed and evaluated. In the process of analysis, the interaction between site stability and the proposed project is considered. The principles and methods of site stability analysis, the design conditions and contents, and the corresponding analysis results are introduced in detail. The results show that the stability of the whole site and the safety of the proposed project are ensured by properly setting the anti-slide pile.
