基于绿色建筑理念的建筑设计应用及效益分析

【摘要】：随着改革开放的狂潮席卷全国,从农村到城市都发生了翻天覆地的变化。各级政府都在紧锣密鼓的发展工业、农业和城镇化。为适应城镇化的发展需求,各类建筑如雨后春笋般快速增长。这种飞速的改变,虽然带来了可观的经济效益和崭新的城市风貌,但是也带动着建筑能耗的不断攀升。因此,几十年来,我国政府也积极发展节能技术,不断摸索和创新,努力规范绿色建筑的发展。和传统的建筑相比,绿色建筑的经济效益主要来自于对能源节约所带来的经济收益。本文对绿色建筑建设过程中的增量成本和绿色建筑运行阶段节约能源所获得的收益展开研究,证明绿色建筑在经济上是可行的,是满足可持续性发展要求的。本文以大连高新区旅顺南路梁家北沟办公楼项目为例,根据项目区位条件、项目定位、总容积率、地形地貌、周边环境、交通组织、步行半径、分期发展、市政设施、主体设计、施工管理、运营管理等方面内容,从其设计特点和使用功能出发,选取部分应用实例,并结合绿色建筑评价标准,举例阐述绿色建筑理念在该办公楼设计中的应用,证明绿色建筑理念在技术上是可行的。
[Abstract]:With the tide of reform and opening-up sweeping across the country, from the countryside to the city have undergone earth-shaking changes. Governments at all levels are working intensively to develop industry, agriculture and urbanization. In order to meet the development needs of urbanization, all kinds of buildings are springing up rapidly. This kind of rapid change, although has brought the considerable economic efficiency and the brand-new city appearance, but also drives the building energy consumption unceasingly to rise. Therefore, in the past several decades, our government has been actively developing energy-saving technology, constantly groping and innovating, and striving to standardize the development of green buildings. Compared with traditional buildings, the economic benefits of green buildings mainly come from the economic benefits of energy conservation. In this paper, the incremental cost in the process of green building construction and the benefit of saving energy in the operation stage of green building are studied. It is proved that green building is feasible in economy and meets the requirement of sustainable development. This paper takes the Liangjiabeigou office building project of Lushhun South Road, Dalian High-tech Zone as an example. According to the location of the project, the total volume ratio, the topography, the surrounding environment, the traffic organization, the walking radius, the phased development, the municipal facilities, The main body design, construction management, operation management and other aspects, from its design characteristics and use function, selected some application examples, and combined with the evaluation standard of green building, illustrated the application of the concept of green building in the design of the office building. It is proved that the concept of green building is technically feasible.
