基于GIS的我国城市规划实施评估模式研究

【摘要】：随着时代的发展,规划实施评估已成为规划实施过程中必不可少的一环。当前,基于GIS的城市规划实施评估工作越来越受到规划界的关注与重视。在此背景下,文章探讨了基于GIS技术的规划实施评估流程与内容。通过总结可知,基于GIS的量化评估过程可以概括为评估因子选取、三维量化对比和信息分析回馈三个步骤。此外,文章探讨了GIS在规划实施评估中应用的未来趋势。
[Abstract]:With the development of the times, planning implementation evaluation has become an indispensable part of the planning implementation process. At present, more and more attention is paid to the implementation evaluation of urban planning based on GIS. Under this background, this paper discusses the process and content of planning and implementation evaluation based on GIS technology. Through summing up, the process of quantitative evaluation based on GIS can be summarized as three steps: selection of evaluation factors, three-dimensional quantitative comparison and information analysis and feedback. In addition, the paper discusses the future trend of GIS application in planning implementation evaluation.
