基于K60的太阳能室内照明系统的设计

【摘要】:工业的发展改变了人类的生活,尤其是电力的发展,让我们的生产生活变得更加方便。但发展耗费了大量的不可再生资源,造成能源紧缺。而且这些能源在消耗的同时,还会带来很多环境问题。面对能源危机和环境问题,低碳环保的新型能源的开发与应用需要引起我们的重视。新能源指的是不同于传统能源以外的其他种类的能源,如太阳能等。太阳能因为它的广泛分布和绿色安全可再生性,受到人们的青睐。太阳能指的就是太阳的热辐射能,已经成为了人类使用能源的重要组成部分,并且不断得到发展。太阳能的利用方式有两类:光热转换和光电转换,在新能源利用技术中,太阳能发电技术不失为一种很好的选择。如何将太阳能应用到人们的日常生活中是一个急需要解决的世界性难题。目前家用照明系统依然采取的是传统的供电模式,而我国最主要的发电方式就是火力发电,如果能够利用太阳能来发电代替传统供电,将会节省大量的化石资源,而且低碳环保。本课题为了解决上述问题设计了一套家用太阳能照明系统,直接实现了将太阳能应用到人们的日常生活中。本论文包括三个主要部分的内容:太阳能给铅蓄电池充电、K60控制系统和LED灯的控制系统。采用100W太阳能电池板供电,利用铅蓄电池把太阳能电池板在白天所产生的电能储存起来,以便给LED灯供电。使用飞思卡尔公司的Cortex-M4内核的ARM K60作为系统的主控芯片来实现整个系统的控制,同时用OLED显示铅蓄电池的电压,室内照明灯采用的是DC12V/7W的高亮LED灯。该系统完全采用太阳能发电,不接入市电,不需整流逆变,直接点亮LED灯,能够自动控制LED灯的亮灭,真正做到人走灯灭,节约能源,不产生二氧化碳、粉尘等大气污染物,对环境污染较小。根据资料显示尚没有采用太能电池板的室内照明系统投入使用,其技术的先进性、设计方案的创新性以及绿色环保性决定了本产品的市场前景是非常广阔的,有很大的发展空间。
[Abstract]:The development of industry has changed the human life, especially the development of electricity, making our production and life more convenient. However, development consumes a large number of non-renewable resources, resulting in a shortage of energy. And these energy consumption, but also bring a lot of environmental problems. In the face of energy crisis and environmental problems, the development and application of low carbon environmental protection new energy need our attention. New energy refers to energy other than traditional energy sources, such as solar energy. Solar energy is favored by people because of its wide distribution and green safety renewable. Solar energy refers to the thermal radiation energy of the sun, which has become an important part of human energy use, and has been continuously developed. There are two ways to use solar energy: photothermal conversion and photovoltaic conversion. In the new energy utilization technology, solar power generation technology is a good choice. How to apply solar energy to people's daily life is an urgent problem in the world. At present, the domestic lighting system still adopts the traditional power supply mode, but the most important power generation mode in our country is thermal power generation. If solar energy can be used instead of traditional power supply, it will save a lot of fossil resources. And low carbon environmental protection. In order to solve the above problems, this paper designs a solar lighting system for household, which directly realizes the application of solar energy to people's daily life. This thesis includes three main parts: solar battery charging K60 control system and LED lamp control system. A 100W solar panel is used to supply power, and lead batteries are used to store the energy generated by the solar panel during the day to supply the LED lamp. The arm K60 of Freescale's Cortex-M4 core is used as the main control chip of the system to realize the control of the whole system. At the same time, OLED is used to display the voltage of lead-acid battery, and the indoor lamp uses DC12V / 7W highlight LED lamp. This system uses solar energy to generate electricity completely, does not connect to the city electricity, does not need to rectify the inverter, lights the LED lamp directly, can control the LED light to turn off automatically, truly achieves the human walking lamp to extinguish, saves the energy, does not produce the carbon dioxide, the dust and so on atmosphere pollutant, Less pollution to the environment. According to the data, the indoor lighting system which has not yet adopted the solar panel has not been put into use. The advanced technology, the innovation of the design scheme and the green environmental protection have decided that the market prospect of this product is very broad. There is great room for development.
